WestPac Banking review: Money transfer between bankwest and westpac

Transaction went through on the 29/12/2025 and has not come through. Bankwest claim the amount has been transferred, yet it has not arrived in the account. I reached all detail, including bankaccounts and they were all correct. I have emailed Westpac but had no acknowledgement (several times and on various email addresses).
