They said there is no rebooking!
I booked a trip with amitours.co.uk at total price approx. $11, 000. Due to a major illness in the immediate family I had to cancel 30 days prior to departure. I provided detail proof of the hospitalization to. When I called Amitours to reschedule the same trip they said there is no rebooking!
