I returned two money orders, one for $150.00 and one for $50. I was sent two MTCN numbers by email. I went to a Walgreens kiosk with the MTCN number, and it would not go through. So, I called customer service who directed me to another location. The same day went to a United Check Cashing with Western Union, one went through ($144.00). I realize the MTCN [protected]) for the $44.00 was in a separate email so, I went to retrieve it and was told the number was invalid so, I called immediately to customer service again. They told me to try it again, nothing. I waited and waited. I called several times to follow up, and nobody could resolve the issue. I was given multiple case numbers. Then, after several "investigations" and too many case numbers still no resolve.
