Western pavers is a scam
Western pavers is a scam. They had a contract with me with a price we agreed on in writing and verbally and they said it was a mistake and wanted to change the price by 5000 dollars weeks before starting day. I have proof they agreed to cover what was stated in the contract for the price that was listed in the contract. They were not willing to honor the contract they had already signed. They also were not willing to meet me halfway or resolve the issue fairly.

I had Western do some work for me and they put in some Marathon II sod. Marathon II is supposed to be really good because it's tough, can handle droughts, and is resistant to diseases. Plus, it comes with a 1 year guarantee. But after they put it in, I noticed a bunch of problems. The grass was getting sick from rust fungus and rhizoctonia solani, it was getting too hot, and it just wasn't healthy. I found out that the sod came from West Coast Turf, not *** like it was supposed to. I asked Western about the guarantee, but they said they don't cover it and they didn't even buy it from ***. They won't even talk to me about it anymore. It's pretty clear that they put in some crappy sod and lied to me about it. This is just one of the many problems I had with them. The whole project was a mess and they didn't use good materials or do a good job.
