Got an A/C and Heating system check from T&T Plumbing & Heating, Inc in Fall 2020. They came back this spring to service the AC unit. The service guy said there was no feron in the system, which meant there was probably a leak, and that it couldn't be tested for a leak and needed to be replaced. The whole conversation was weird because we weren't having any issues. This was just a regular check-up. I got a second opinion and found out that the unit was fully charged and had no problems. I think they were trying to sell me a new unit when it wasn't necessary.

T&T came to put in a new sink in my kitchen on 1/28/2022. They put in the sink and faucet backwards, but they fixed it before they left. The next day, my dishwasher didn't have power because they pulled it out to install the sink and didn't turn the power back on. I called the shop and the technician called me back, but he didn't turn the power back on at the circuit breaker. I turned it back on and ran the dishwasher. Later on 1/29/2022, I tried to unload the dishwasher, but it was still dirty. I tried to run it again, but they never turned the water back on. Now my dishwasher won't run. I called twice and talked to a manager named "Mich." He said he would have a repair shop come and look at it. The next day, he called back and said he couldn't get anyone here. He and one of his field technicians were supposed to come over at 9am on 2/7/2022, but they didn't show up or call. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Look somewhere else.
