I started with Aspen Dental in Jan of 2022. There were issues from day 1. I had one implant of the right lower jaw. For many months they said they would recommend putting an implant on the Left lower jaw. This never happened. Finally in August I decided to remove the right implant and go with just a lower plate. Aspen Dental made me an Appt with an oral surgeon, which I followed up with. During the procedure to remove the implant I woke up. I tried to let them know I was awake. I heard them say “Don’t give her anymore we’re almost done.” I lost alot of bone mass with this surgery. After my mouth had healed, they made a lower plate, it never fit. It was too big, they agreed. The Dentist said make an appt, I will fix it. When I came back the next week, they said they didn’t know anything about that. When I went to the back office, the tech said. You don’t need to come back we can’t help you. I couldn’t believe it. I came back a few weeks later in Oct of 2022 and they refused to do another impression. The Dentist put a liner in. It only pushed the plate up. When the tech brought them back after the liner the Dentist didn’t even come to check them. I have been without a lower plate since July 2022.

Aspen Construction Inc is a shady framing contractor that leeches from subcontractors. By the time he is kicked from the builders site, all sub trades will not be paid.

He has moved from Kitchener to Hamilton. To Niagara. Now he is currently working for Canterbury Homes. Stay away from this contractor. Beginning will be good, until he gets back charged for his timelines being wacked.

Whole lot of promises and honestly is it better to sit at home or work for free?
