I had some work done by Renewal Restoration LLC on June 1st, 2022. They installed some countertops for me. But now I'm having trouble getting them to pay me for the work. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but they're not responding to my emails or phone calls. It's really frustrating.

Work was done by Renewal Restoration LLC, but it took almost 2 months to complete. After a week, things started falling apart. Drawers fell off tracks due to broken brackets, old brackets were used. A shelf fell with everything on it, bathroom walls had to be repainted. Sliding shelves fell, a cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell, and caulking around the bathroom vanity began to crack. They fixed the issues, but on 4.2.21, another sliding shelf came off the tracks and fell, making it unsafe. They also charged extra for work not done by them. Packing was done by the first restoration company.
