The experience from start to finish was negative. The sales rep. was "dead pan" personality seeming unmotivated. Once the sale was complete someone else took over to finish the paper work and then I was shown the vehicle by this person and asked if I had any questions about the operation of the interior instruments. I currently work for a GM dealer and I can tell you every sales person works with the customer beginning to end and doesn't ask if you want to know about and operation of the instrument features. They take the time to go over that part. After all was said and done. I had asked if my son in law was eligible for the West Herr finder which was on the desk. The salesman said that he had work very close on the price of my vehicle and would check with the manager. This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I can honestly say I would never refer anyone to West Herr based on this experience. I am not trying to get something for nothing but I would have liked to have a pleasant buying experience. I am very disappointed in West Herr. Not one person involved ever bothered to even thank me for the purchase with West Herr.
