i have been trying for a week to cancel my unautherised subscription by email i have had no response it is now in the hands of the credit card people
well what a coincidence the day after i emailed you i received an email saying my account has been cancelled

It's too late for you to be apologizing. you have taken our money and in some cases overdrew our accounts. as soon as I received the e-mail after ordering a tooth whitening product stating that I was enrolled in your program I immediately cancelled my membership since I never intended to become a member in the first place. that was within 20 minutes after my order. according to the e-mail I had 10 days to cancel. and exactly 15 days later you charged my account anyway. well now you will be hearing from my bank for unauthorized charges to my account. because of you I had to cancel my debit/credit card that I have had for 12 years so that you can no longer charge my account. and if the bank can prove fraudulent charges by you, which I believe that they can since the tooth whitening product was supposed to be free after $50.00 rebate and my account was also charged for that, they have assured my that they will be bringing charges against you with my testimony. I can't wait!
how dare you in times when we are struggling as a country to keep our heads above water, take our hard earned money. I hope that they can prosecute you and I that I can be there to help!
It's obvious that you're running an underhanded business by the way you are corralling all of you new customers. Just like you got me! I was supposed to get 1 month free services from your company" if that's what you call it" but you charged $1.84 to my charge account less than 48 hours after I made contact with you, and if I hadn't caught it & cancelled my charge card who knows how much you would have tried to get by now. It's sickening that people like you take advantage of the general public in times like these with no remorse whatsoever & waste our time, which is o so precious to us! I also fell for this "free" whitening gel, however, I did go on their website to follow the instructions for cancelling and my enrollment was cancelled. The part I find annoying is that WellnessMD was supposed to send me an email 72 hours from the date of my original purchase of the teeth whitener for the $50 rebate...funny, but i never received the email showing me how to go about getting the rebate. This company is a SCAM! I too tried to call the toll free number and the message I received was that the number I was dialing could not be reached from my calling area -- HELLO, it's a TOLL FREE number! Oh well, live and learn. I cancelled my credit card - I probably should have done so long ago, anyway! But hey, my teeth are whiter!

I got a charge on my debit card for $59.95 for nothing that I received
or have even heard about. I have never received an e-mail, US mail

"WELLNESSwatcherMD are SCAMERS" ! They are the ### of the earth. They are a dual in scam with Joe Barton Publishing, in not simply they same. They hide charges as "GIFTS". Truly fraudulent companies.
Has anybody had any luck in canceling this subscription? I am still on the 14 day trial and cannot afford to have them charge me. I did not even want the service. I didn't fill out the Profile or anything but an afraid that I'll be charged. Any help is appreciated. Thank You, Christy
i ordered a report on-line and was given a free trial to wellness watchers, without authorization from me. i immediately called to cancel this "free trial" and HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AFTER HOLDING FOR 10 MINUTES. as i figured, i now have a 29.90 charge to my checking account from wellness watchers. what a scam.
i received a phone call from these people. they probalbly gave me a fake name. but they said that they were giving out free gas cards, and forty dollars gift cards. two days later my credit card had been charged five dollars then the next two days another five dollars, and now today another two dollars. I and tired of these people taking money from my account . this needs to stop, and stop now. what can i do to catch these people and prosecute them.
