I am being billed by Wellness Watchers for $19.95/month. I never authorized the billing. I discovered, however, one of those letters to another addressee sent to my address saying that if I didn't say I didn't want the service or product or whatever it is, that my account would be billed. I don't know how they got my account, but I have already complained...

Wellness Watchers MD amount taken from my account

I would like to let you know that i am not impressed that you have taken money out of my credit card account without my consent and authorization for something which i never ordered .
My credit card company are also not impressed and is following up the amount taken out by your company.'They are going to lodge the complaint as well.
The amount you have taken is AUD$61.32 .Please put the amount back in my account as I will not be paying the amount you have taken.
It is not appropriate that you take it upon yourselves to delve into peoples accounts for your own undertaking.
I will be taking extra action with my emails to make sure that you have put it back in within the next 2-3 days.

I believe that you are doing this to a number of clients and that there is legal proceedings in the making.
You are totally wrong to do what you have done.
Awaiting the email to say it has been rectified back into my account. Thank you

After 2-3 days i will be sending an legal internet fraud and scam charges if the money will not be deposited in my account in soon time

I agree with you totally. These people are definitely scamming others because I surely lookout for stuff like this and I damn sure didn't sign up (explicitly or implicitly) for any monthly service that will cost me $29.95 every month! Anyway, give this number a call and complain. At fist the rep did not want to refund my money but once I told her that Chase bank will be on their ###, she complied.

I HAD SENT A CANCELLATION NOTICE 2 DAYS (ON 9/12/08)BEFORE MY 14 DAY FREE TRAIL BY E-MAIL, THAT'S BECAUSE I COULD'NT REACH ANYONE BY THE PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO A BREATHING PERSON TO CONFIRM MY CANCELLATION(WHICH IS A BOGUS WAY TO CONDUCT ANY LEGIT BUSINESS)AND I JUST RECEIVED A NOTICE BY E-MAIL THAT I HAD TO CONTACT THIS WEB SITE(WELLNESSWATCHERSMD.COM) JUST TODAY(9/18/08) . THAT'S EXACTLY 6 DAYS LATER THAN WHEN I SUBMITTED MY NOTICE TO CANCEL THE FREE TRAIL AND 4 DAYS AFTER THE TRAIL PERIOD. I DID RECEIVED BY MAIL MY PRINTED COPY, BUT DID NOT RECEIVED MY FREE $25.00 GIFT CARD OR MY FREE DOCTOR'S ADVICE (WORTH OVER $149.00). ASIDE FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO DIRECTLY CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE PHONE NUMBER(THAT WAS PROVIDED BY BARTON PUBLISHING) TO CORRECT ANY DISCREPANCIES PLUS NOT BEING SENT ALL I PAID FOR, I HOPE ON TOP OF ALL THIS THAT MY CREDIT CARD IS NOT BEING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I HAD CANCELLED IN ADVANCE OF THE FREE TRAIL PERIOD SUBSCRIPTION. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETE AND CORRECT INFO. PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION, NOT ALL THIS B.S. RUN AROUND AFTER YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED. AFTER ALL PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR HEALTH AND NOT BEING RIPPED-OFF!

I too found a charge on my credit card from this company. I have no idea who they are or how they got my information. After reading other complaints on this website I called the company for a refund, and the representative that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Be very careful with this company. It is all a scam.

I purchased online blood pressure report from Barton Publishing. Later discovered 2 charges totaling 59.90 for a membership I never agreed to from wellnesswatchers. I never gave any cc info or personal info to them, yet they must have used the info from Barton to complete charges on me. I called and was sent a form to fill out. We will see if a refund happens. I also notified my Credit card co. If I would have done this to someone, I would be in jail now. How do they seem to get away with it? How many others have been ripped off and not known?

Made purchase from Urban Nutrition. Clicked on "free shipping" icon. Pop-up window wanted my info in exchange for "free shipping". I closed pop-up window without giving my information. Didn't matter. Yesterday (8/27/08) my account was debited for 49.95 from WellnessWatchersMD.

Called [protected]. Man answered. He wanted to mail me some paperwork. I told him I wanted the charge reversed and paperwork was not necessary to complete that process. He forwarded me to accounting voicemail. No one ever answered.

Called Urban Nutrition twice. First call, a man told me Wellness was an affiliate. Gave me a direct line to call [protected]. Reached personal voicemail for a Janine Kinect (sp?). Second call, a man tried to give me same numbers. When I told him they were not good, he said he would transfer me to Michelle. Then left me on permanent hold.

Immediately went to google these two companies. Found multiple sites indicating the nature of this scam. Contacted my bank. Canceled my debit card. Challenged the charge on my account. Their debit card fraud department will credit funds and investigate.

I saw an ad on Yahoo for tooth whitening product. Website stated that I was entitled to $50 rebate (the cost of the product). Next thing I know I was enrolled with this WellnessWatchersMD site and was directed to fill out a questionaire before getting the rebate. Then I was charged $1.83 on my CC for processing...who are these people and what do they have to do with the tooth whitening people?!?!?! It's a scam...they want to charge you every month just to look at their website.. I dont need or what their service...You need to disenroll ASAP and check you CC statement everyday. Total scamers...I knew this offer for "FREE" product had a catch to it...Just be careful with these types of ads and if you have to, call your CC company and cancel your card and get a new one, that's the only way to keep them from charging your account(s).

I purchased on-line a copy of "The Diabetes Reversal Report" from Barton Publishing.
Included was a FREE copy of "WellnessWatchersMD.
Included were the instructions "If you have
any questions or you would like to
cancel please call [protected] or
email support@WellnessWatchersMD.com".
I cancelled, within one day. the subscription, to the e-mail address above.
My credit card has been debited $29.95 per month for two months, without my approval.
Obviously, Barton Publishing has forwarded my Credit Card Details without my approval.
The e-mail address: support@WellnessWatchersMD.com no longer exists!

i simply wanted to try a FREE trial product. instead I am rooked into a scam! I have to wait for a coupon code to be emailed to me, in the mean-while...I am paying for something I didn't authorize. And my product and email neither one has been received...15 day later!
I want a full refundof my 2 debits totalling $32.94.
I do not want, nor did I authorize these transactions. Apparently I am not the only one either!

In April 2009, I ordered a tooth whitening product online that was offerred with a $50 rebate for trying Wellness Watchers MD. I got the product, tried the website, cancelled before the free trail was up and applied for my rebate. That was FIVE MONTHS ago. I have called the company no less than 5-6 times. Every time they have an excuse or now answers. Supposedly my check "got lost in the mail"...(yeah and your dog ate your homework too)...so they had to stop payment ont he check and wait FOUR WEEKS TO ISSUE A NEW CHECK-WHICH OF COURSE NEVER CAME!...three calls later and now they want another 24-48 hours to check on the status. These con artists think that I'm just going to give up but I'm not. I'm filing a complaint with the state attorney general and the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is run by the FBI. They would be smarter just to pay me the $50 but they are a fraud so they won't.

$110.90 total was charged to my Credit Card at 6 different times since last Sept 5th. I have no record of ordering, or subscribing to anything called "WellnessWatchersMD." Customer Service says I never activated any $25 Gift card they sent me, nor have I ever received any emails at opoefc@aol.com from them, not do I have any record of receiving something called a Remedy Report from Barton Publications, that was ordered through wellsnesswatchersMD, according to Customer Service. Please refund my $110.90. Thank you. Ed Cornett.

Wellness Watchers MD scam charges

While purchasing another product I was offered a 2 week free trial of wellness watchers MD. I was told I would receive an email with all the information on how to access the site etc. I never heard or received anything from them until they took $59.00 from my bank account. After contacting them they sent me a paper to fill out for a refund stating that I should have received an email, a letter through the mail and several phone calls to see how I was doing with my free trial. I never received any of these things and now I am getting the run around with my refund.

I had unauthorized money taken from my account ($59.90) by wellness watchers, md. It was after I bought a teeth whitening agent (ceberity*sexy*teeth), it told me to go to the wellness watchers" website to recieve a $50 rebate. If there was a rebate I couldn"t find it. I would like to just stop them from taking money from my account an get my money back. I couldn"t find any information so I could contact them.

This company is a big fat rip off. And celebrity sexy lip plumper knowingly works with this company.

I cannot get a phone # for the lip plumper company. But after all i have read.

Buyer beware. I was charged for something i did not even sign up for. They got my credit info off the order for lip plumper i ordered.

I doubt i will get my rebate. I have a bad feeling. When i wrote and told wellness watcher about the charge they said they did not see anywhere that my card was charged. And it was!

Do not REPEAT do not order any of these teeth whitener products. Not only will you get a WORTHLESS product but you will automatically get signed up to a subscription service for WelnnessWatchers MD. Both are scams and you do not know that until you start seeing monthly charges appear on your credit card. I disputed my charges and the credit card company was even taken too. They believed the information that the compoany sent re: my disputed charge until I sent them the websites that revelaed these people were nothing but scam artists.

First I am tricked into a $50 lipgloss plumper that does ZERO! It says if I send in my rebate immediately, I will get all my money back BUT I must enroll in WellnessWatchersMD, which is a free trial period. I get the lipgloss, send in rebate, and have at least a month to try out WellnessWatchers MD. They are supposed to send you a welcome package... I NEVER received one... After not even a week of having the awful lipgloss...I get my bank statement... I have been charged a few small amounts from Wellness Watcher MD. I never got to even try them, because I received no user id or password! I emailed them, and still nothing! I was told I had 60 days to cancel Wellness Watchers MD before I was charged, and had 60 days to cancel before I was charged a penny. The only way to get the lipgloss rebate of $50 is to try Wellness Watchers MD WHICH I WAS NEVER ALLOWED INTO! Therefore I couldn't get the $50 rebate back. I'm stuck with a lipgloss the size of a baby's pinky, that I hate, AND I am being charged odd amounts from Wellness Watchers MD before the designated time frame! Due to identity theft, I put $ in this certain account only when I know something will be charged to me soon. This way there is nothing to take! Well each $2.99 they took from me, my bank charged me $33! I was not supposed to be charged a thing for at least another 7 weeks! and not $2.99. I emailed asking what this charge was for... they NEVER answered what they were for, but refunded one mere charge of $2.99. I paid over $150 for a lip gloss that isn't even as good as chap stick, and I was refunded $2.99. Never was sent the welcome email to validate lipgloss rebate (all I had to do was log on ONCE) They made sure that didn't happen... and they kept charging me for God knows what! THIS IS A RIP OFF SCAM! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! THEY'RE SCREWING YOU! Thank God I received my bank statement or they would still be charging me small increments until my account was drained! Hoping it would go unnoticed!

I ordered a Flex Belt product on-line. The Wellness WatchersMD 14 day trial membership was included when I ordered the other product. I called within the 14 days and cancelled with Wellness WatchersMD however wen I got my credit card bill they had charged me $59. I called again and they claimed I'd never cancelled. Under threat of reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, they agreed to refund the $59 and even confirmed the cancellaiton with an email - this was March 1, 2010. I just got my credit card bill for this last month and they had refunded the $59 from last month but now they've charged me another $59. The fact that you cannot opt out of their free trial when you order something is not right to begin with but to continue charging a credit card even after they have acknowledged the cancellation in writing, is basically robbery. I have sent them another email and told them that they have 3 days to get a credit placed on my credit card or I am going to file the complaint with the Attorney General's office here in Arizona. I also told them that I will be finding every site possible on the web including letting the Flex Belt folks that my posting will be warning consumers that they should not order the product; that while the product is good, unless they want to have to deal with this company, they may want to rethink their purchase.

For the second month in a row, I have a 29.95 charge on my credit card (Am. Exp). I had no idea what it was for. Last month, I disputed the charge and my credit card provider checked it out and got it canceled from my bill. This month, I have been charged again.
I ordered some reports from Barton Publishing and was promised a $25.00 gift card which was never forthcoming.
Luckily I had printed and saved the page of the rewards. In cleaning off my desk, I realize this is the name of the charge on my card and when I read the bottom, I have been given a reward--ha ha that says if I don't call the toll free number and cancel that I will be charged 29.95 a month to my credit card. Yet there was no phone number period on the page and only a paper copy of a gift card.
I will be contacting my credit card company again tomorrow and the charges had better stop.

I have seen these offers for Wellness Watchers. But, I have never signed up. They appear on the checkout pages for a website you have orders something from. I don't like scams any more than you do...and there are plenty of them out there. But, this appears to me to be "operator error" in your cases. From the looks of the ad and checkbox, I would imagine anyone who is not happy with the charges was trying to get something free, checked the box to get it and forgot to cancel after they signed up for the free item. Give it a rest. Call the number in the response from the customer service manager. I did just to test it and I got a live human being.

Jeez...when folks like you cry wolf on something that is obviously your own stupidity, it makes me wonder how much higher on the food chain we are than an amoeba.

When you purchase celebrity sexy teeth whitening and opt for the $50.00 rebate you are automatically enrolled in a membership for wellness watchers md. If you do not cancel this enrollment you will be billed $29.95 a month. I found a phone number for them. If you call this number they will cancel your membership and email you a refund form. The number is [protected]. It takes several phone calls as they disconnect the call after you are on hold for 1 minute. Dont give up. KEEP CALLING, it will adventually go through. GOOD LUCK

They got me too! $59.00, I filled out the form and still no refund on my c.card. I called today to inquire and was told "the check is in the mail" they are having "technical issues" with their bank and can not refund me in the way they debited me. I have now called my c.card company and disputed the charge.

Wellness Watchers MD sram and no cancellation available

Don't even remember signing up for this--received an email asking for health information and a letter (dated the day after supposed sign-up but postmarked 9 days later) to allow for cancellation within 10 days. When I called the number repeatedly I get a recording and then put on "hold" for the next agent who nevers comes. There is no cancellation otherwise provided for and an annual fee is charged to your credit card.

Robert says he is "with" Wellwatchersmd.com - so you are one of the scammers then eh Robert? You don't say I "work for" or "I'm a part owner/director/regional rep or other job title"...so you probably own one of those popup website owners that makes a mint from it... or are being paid to represent the scammers in some other way perhaps? Who knows? But I really don't care. Two hours of research is enough to know that you and your "chums" are misrepresenting information.

You're website states Kerry D Friesen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and yet he is not certified with them...hmmmmm...something stinks folks...stay away from this company.

I have taken screenshots of your website showing today's date, and also the ABIM website confirming that Dr Friesen is no longer certified, so how he can be a Diplomate when he is not certified, is beyond my understanding...perhaps you can explain?

If anyone would like copies of these as evidence for your own case of misrepresentation please Contact this website and ask them to send your email address to me. I will happily oblige in helping you make your case of misrepresentations (as of today's date).

Of course, it may turn out to be more marketing trickery...I have yet to discover what being a Diplomate for the American Board of Internal Medicine really means.

If it turns out to be something that everyman and his dog can be then we should all add it to our own titles and make ourselves sound impressive! (I doubt that is the case and I'm sure the American BOard of Internal Medicine (which seems to be a legitimate entity) will be horrified to discover any such misrepresentation by a pass or current physician.

I really believe these people are scammers. I have no evidence to suggest otherwise. If that is not the case then lets see www.wellnesswatchersmd.com prove they are not scammers, ...we won't hold our breath!

Come on, put your money where your mouth is...provide us with records to show you have paid all these people back (I dont see many coming back and saying they go all their money back and compensation for the wasted time and effort...and charges they received for putting it in dispute), start answering the telephone, stop providing information that is misleading, stop having lots of differnt websites that lead to the same place (and the same with phone numbers), start providing clear guidelines (rathe than your crazy small print) and have a proper system in place to refer people who might be intersted in other products rather than selling/buying credit card information (that's my understsanding of what you are doing).

So when QFL denies having any affiliation with this company here is the offer as stated by the company which is Extenzeforlife.com. This offer is written clearly on the bottom of the order screen but even if you do not check the box your enrollment happens anyway. So do not order anything through QFL Inc. or anyone affiliated with this company as it is just a front for thieves preying on anyone that orders products through their sister companies. A hint concerning any hidden affiliations with QFL, when choosing the shipping option it wil state QFL Priority or QFL Ground, these are just examples of what they say and QFL is not a mail carrier or a parcel carrier, it is just a reference that shipping will come from QFL warehouse...BEWARE OF QFL...

I called on 5/13/2008 to see what the $59.00 charge was. I was told that it was for a membership to the Website that I wanted to join. After asking what the membership consisted of, I was told to go to the website to get that information. I went to www.wellnesswatchers.com and got their number. I called them and they said that they have been getting these calls for the last 6 months. I asked her if she thought it was a scam and she said "Yes". She suggested that I call my credit card company to have them dispute it. I will try that to see what happens.
