The Web Design Corp never finished my website. They kept stalling, now they don't even respond to emails or phone calls. They took my money and never finished the product.

I hired them to design a website for me. After a month of working with them, it was clear they were new and didn't understand my vision for the design. Despite convincing me to keep working with them, I still didn't like their artwork and requested a refund as stated in the contract's 100% guarantee. They said it would take 14 days to process, but they haven't replied to any messages on any platform since then.

I got a problem with this company cuz they ain't responding to me. I done paid 'em over $600 for a website and a logo. It's been like 3 months now and I ain't heard squat from 'em. Ain't nobody pickin' up my calls or answerin' my emails. I started workin' with 'em back in February 2022 and ain't nothin' been done yet. I been tryin' to get in touch with 'em for over a month now and it's like talkin' to a brick wall. They won't even give me no names or contact info for a boss or supervisor. I need some help with this mess. I got receipts, emails, and texts showin' all the times I tried to reach out to 'em.

I bought a website from Web Design Corp. They never gave me the website I asked for. When I told them I wasn't happy with it, they stopped answering my calls. They're a scam based in Karichi, Pakistan. This company uses generic names like John Smith, Jack Mason, John Mason, Rebecca Mason, and Daniel Brown. Be careful, this is definitely not a real company. They should be investigated to make sure they're not a terrorist group. I want my money back. I don't think they'll do anything because they're total scammers. After checking with the Florida Secretary of State, I found out that their business isn't listed. Don't buy from them and let's stop this organization from taking Americans' money!

I hired a web designer from Web Design Corp for my new business. I purchased a package that was supposed to meet all my needs. They assured me that my website would be up and running within 2-3 weeks by May 2022. However, it wasn't until mid-September that the site finally went live. And now, when I try to access the site, it's blocked as if it's fraudulent and insecure.

The services included in the package were not provided on time, and I've been in contact with my account representative multiple times, but no resolution has been reached. The money-back guarantee they offer only applies if the site build hasn't started. However, the build starts as soon as you make the payment, so the guarantee is useless because you can never get your money back if the service isn't delivered.

I paid over $1300 for the website build, SEO optimization, domain and hosting, as well as additional content writing and social media pages with postings and blogs. Unfortunately, none of these have been completed.

When I first contacted The Web Corp, they said they'd make me a fancy business website for $499. I talked to Ken Williams about what they'd do. But then they charged me an extra $300 for content. They said a pro writer would do it, but it took forever because of bad grammar and stuff. I told them about it, but they got all defensive and said there was no problem, even though I showed them the corrected content. They said they'd fix it before the website went live. Before that happened, they tried to sell me hosting from Go Daddy for more money. I said no and wanted to use Google instead 'cause it was cheaper. When the website finally went live, everything was messed up and the content was in a different language. I talked to Alex, the guy I was working with, and he blamed Go Daddy, saying I needed it for everything to work right. So I called Go Daddy and got a package from them 'cause it was cheaper. The Web Corp then put my website live through Go Daddy, but the same problems happened again. I told Alex how mad I was and asked for a refund, but he got all defensive and said no. So I said I'd complain to my bank and I did. The bank got me a refund for two of the charges, but not the $300. I tried to get The Web Corp to give me my money back, but Kevin, the complaint guy, ignored me. They're scammers.
