WeatherGard Window & Door Factory was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. They gave me several options I had not considered. They were not at all pushy. They impressed us with how well they know their product and can explain it so I could understand the engineering aspects. We are really looking forward to the installation!

About 5 years ago I had 7 windows replaced by WeatherGard, everything was explained by their knowledgeable representative, who provided detailed information about the construction of the windows through the installation process. He explained the difference and benefits of using crank out windows compared to sliders. I decided to go with sliders and have been extremely satisfied with them. Recently, I placed an order for another 9 windows to be installed this fall. Based on my experience, I highly recommend WeatherGard Window & Door Factory.

I told the WeatherGard salesman that I wanted a tinted window. He said they do not sell tinted windows. However, if I purchased the higher efficiency window, it would have a tint appearance when the sun shines. So that's the one I purchased. The sun has been shining, but the window just looks like clear glass... The installation team was great, but the window is not what the salesman told me I was paying extra for. I am not happy with WeatherGard, $3300 for one clear window.

Highly recommend WeatherGard! The representative from WeatherGard Window & Door Factory came over to give us a quote for new windows. He was on time, courteous, and very respectful! (We asked him to remove his shoes and he did with no problem and even offered to wear a mask.) After measuring all of our windows and sliding door, he sat down with us to go over options with us. He did not pressure us at all and was simply explaining everything and answering our many questions. The representative was very honest and provided different options to try to save us money. After providing an initial estimate, he went over money saving options and discounts with us. I really feel that he gave us the best price possible. We were able to look at actual windows, their glass compared to the competition, and the framing compared to the competition. We paid a deposit on the spot and are confident that we made the best choice.

I had weathergard windows installed in november or 2020. I had 5 windows installed. Most of the windows have been ok but the two in my family room are so drafty that i can bearly stand to sit in the couch in front of the window as it is too drafty. I have have called weathergard several times and the only thing they want to do is stuff weather stripping in the window and tell me the window is fine. As these particular windows were being installed, i noticed a one inch gap between the sides of the windows which the installer sprayed foam in between the gaps. This seemed odd to me as this company advertises that the windows are custom made to fit your windows. At this point, the company has basically told me that the windows are fine and treat me as if i am just being difficult. I paid over 4000 dollars for these windows and had planned to use this company for other windows. Well that has changed and I have contacted another window company to install the rest of my windows.

These windows have a lifetime warranty, but it's really hard to get service. We bought 8 windows a few years back. All our windows are double hung except the bathroom. The salesman tried to steer us to a crank window for the bathroom but we refused. He must have wrote it up for a crank window but that was not our agreement. Well, when the windows came the bathroom window, yep you guessed it ,it was a crank. Not willing to wait for another window we excepted it. It wasn't long before the crank started giving us problems. Anyway that's just some history of the windows. We like all our windows except the one with issues. I have called several times, only to get voice mails which haven't been returned. Once I got through to service they sent a guy out July 29. He came in dismantled the crank and took it with him. A couple months go by and I still haven't heard a thing. I start calling again , left a couple voice mails some times I just hung up on the voice mail. We are remodeling our bathroom, it is down to just studs (no drywall, vanity. shower etc.) and we are still waiting on weathergard. Most people I have talked to are very polite but there is this one person I talked to who was very rude, that's not good for business either.
