In 2024 the water pic toothbrush and flosser combination unit I had purchased was under warranty and the motor stopped working. I called customer service, and they replaced the unit. The unit they sent was a small upgrade from the one I had, and I was so thankful. The new unit stopped working 2 days ago. The customer service tec helped me review all trouble shooting nothing worked. He stated he would check with his supervisor for the next step. She refused to do anything because the warranty from the last one was expired. I asked to speak with her and was transferred to a recorded message stephanie has not returned my call in 2 days. This company sent me a defective unit to replace the one I purchased and is not willing to replace their defective one. I hope everyone with a water pic device was treated better than I was. I guess I am out of $179. Oo for a toothbrush and I hope they teach supervisors manners.
