this is a great company they are easy to work with and always on time with garbage pick up. i had to get rid of some furniture and other stuff and they charged me a fair price. if they serve your area you should sign up with them.

They charged me $55 to throw away a patio umbrella that was already squished down and could fit in the trash can. That's more than what I paid for the thing! When I called to ask why it was so much, they said they couldn't change it. And when I asked for a list of stuff they take and how much it costs, they said they don't have one. Seems like they just want to take your money without telling you why. You can't even know how much they'll charge you.

Got my bill on June 20th for service from July 1st to September 30th, but the bill went up by 40 percent. Tried to cancel before the bill got processed on July 19th, but they said I had to give 30 days notice. So, I gotta pay for the next 3 months. They should let us know about the price hike earlier, not just 10 days before. And why do we need to give 30 days notice to cancel?

So, I was taking out the trash and this driver almost hit my husband! He slowed down before the turn but then sped up and almost ran him over. They made eye contact and everything! If he had just stopped like a normal person, everything would have been fine. I asked for a pickup as a courtesy, but they said no way. When I tried to cancel, they said I couldn't get a refund because I paid for the whole year. And get this, the customer service lady was all like "cool" and laughed at me! I asked to talk to a manager and finally got one. He said they usually don't give refunds for prepaid stuff, but after I pushed, they finally agreed to let me cancel and get a refund. I called on 11/23 and they said they wouldn't refund me, but now they're picking up the cans on 11/27 and I'm done with them.
