This place ain't no good. My cans have been sittin' at the end of my driveway for like 7 weeks waitin' to be picked up. They only took 2 outta 5, and now they're tryna bill me for the one just chillin' on the side of the driveway. Ain't heard nothin' from 'em, no calls or letters or nothin'. But the driver comes by every week. All I want is for these dang cans to be gone!

I've been using Best Way Disposal for a few years, but I think it's time to find a new service. Their prices went up, and they've missed collecting our trash a few times this year. They used to try to fix it by sending a truck outside their regular schedule, but this time they didn't respond to my wife's voicemails after a long weekend, and they refuse to pick up our trash. We have a big family with three kids and two adults, so it's really frustrating to have the trash piling up. I think I'm going to file a complaint with the ***. This just isn't acceptable service.

Disposal company broke our archway! Worst customer service ever! On September 8th, Best Way Disposal came to collect our garbage. However, they hit our archway and totally destroyed it. We believe the dumpster was still up when it happened. Instead of telling us about the accident, they said nothing at all. We only found out when we were leaving that day. Since the road was blocked, the garbage wasn't picked up. We tried to get in touch with them for a whole week. We called, sent emails, left messages, but nobody replied. Finally, on September 17th, the boss called and promised to come the following week to assess the damage. But he never called back. After we tried calling again, the assistant manager under him arrived on September 25th. We showed him pictures of the damage, and he admitted that the driver had told him. So they knew that their truck wrecked our archway! After that, we didn't hear anything from them. On October 2nd, we called Mark, the manager, and he said that his truck couldn't have done that damage. He was like, "There is no damn way one of his trucks done that damage"! So today, October 7th, we called them to remove their dumpster and canceled our service. I do not recommend that y'all use this company. By the way, this is the Greensburg locality where Mark is the boss!

I paid more to have my trash collected on Monday morning. But looks like, I got a raw deal. The company didn't tell me about the early hours and picked up the trash at 5 am. I set out the trash at 7 am on Fridays. But this time, I wasn't aware of the early pick-up. I reached out to them. After speaking to 3 reps, including the billing supervisor, I got my refund today. Though, not before the grumpy phone rep told me to wait until Friday to pick up the trash. I'm disappointed with the service. They don't seem to be trained well and aren't too interested in providing top-notch service.
I used to work with this company when I was a property manager, but I received mediocre service during my residential experience. I'm not happy and will be submitting my feedback. Sometimes, I feel these companies get complacent, knowing that we depend on them and have no choice.

This place gave us a dumpster in December and they didn't come to pick it up until May - after loads of phone calls. They made super big ditches in our driveway, busted up our wall to stop erosion, and even whacked out our mailbox! They tried to fix it, but the door just won't stay shut and falls off sometimes. I've called them at least 10 times but nobody ever calls back! Snobby ***, who's the boss, and his manager are always too busy. Every time it rains, our mail turns into a soggy mess which really steams me up.

Best Way Disposal is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They charged me more for their services without even telling me. They said it was for fuel, but I don't think that's fair because it's not my fault gas prices went up. Plus, they won't do anything to help me out. They just suggested I cancel their service altogether. They also said that the fuel charge might change all the time, just like other bills. But that doesn't make sense to me because my trash needs are always the same. I don't know why they're making me pay for their costs. If they want to run a business, they should pay for it themselves!

They haven't came t'get our trash in 3 weeks! We been with Best Way and they know us, so dunno what's goin' on. We called a bunch of times and only once was able t'leave a voicemail. They answered once and said the driver had truck issues and would come (8/9). But nope, never showed. We tried messagin' them on *** on 8/3 and they finally answered next day and asked our address. But then they sent us an attachment that didn't work. We sent 'em our address again and haven't heard a peep since. Seems like they're not bein' honest with us and don't know what they're doin'. Real unprofessional and our trash is pilin' up.
