I would give them a 0 star rating if I could but I can't
I would give them a 0 star rating if I could but I can't. They didn't pick up my garbage twice and said it wasn't their fault. I live on a long street with a cul-de-sac and they have to come by my house on their way out but they just ignored the trash can. Their customer service is really bad. The first time they didn't even get back to me, the second time the manager was rude and mean and made threats. They charge $15 to pick up their own trash can. Not a good business. Don't use this company.

I been livin' at my place for over 30 years. I ain't never been more happy with a trash removal service than I am with Custom Disposal Service Inc. (and I done had plenty different ones over the years). They been pickin' up my trash for almost 2 years now. I ain't never had to call 'em to complain about nothin'. Unlike them other trash service companies I done had to call multiple times for missed pick ups, not takin' all the trash I leave out on the curb, not answerin' the phone or callin' back when havin' to leave a message, not leavin' the empty garbage container in the street, not increasin' their rates every 6 - 12 months, etc.
Custom Disposal Service, Inc. is one of a few companies that really earn and deserve to have "Service" in their name.

I paid for a new trash account with Custom Disposal Services on Sep 26th. I filled out their form and paid the bill. They sent me an email saying I'd get my trash can on Sep 27th. But it didn't come. I called and left a message, but their voicemail said not to call again. I waited a week and emailed them, but they didn't answer. I can't put out much trash without a can, and my neighborhood is strict. I want my money back for the weeks I didn't have a can. They need more people to help customers.
