. Waste is piling up, and they seem to not care about their clients. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Mid State Waste Disposal. They need to step up their game and start fulfilling their obligations. Customers should not have to beg for their services. It's a total waste of money and time. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they fix their problems. Don't waste your money with them.

Mid State is the werst trash company I have ever dealth with. They won't pik up my trash even if my bill is paid. They never anser the fone at office and vociemail is full. If someone dus call me back they are rude and tell me they dont give refunds. Pls dont do bizniss with them.

I had bad service. They pick up my trash once in seven weeks. They picked up a little over three weeks ago after I called and got a person but haven't been back since. Now all I get is a voice message sayin the lady in the office was sick and would be back in two weeks. Left message more than once and telephone number. Still no trash pickup, no return call or anything. Never picked up on regular trash day or not at all.

Mid State Waste Disposal ain't so good, wish there was minus stars for rating... didn't show up for trash pick up for 3 weeks, missing pick ups lot in past 6 months... always paying bills but only getting machine on call, no return call to explain what's happening... searching for new trash service now, customer service really sucks when they can't even tell what's happening... if you can't give what's paid for, then need to refund payment for February, March, and April... definitely not gonna recommend this company to anyone.

I'm a client of Mid State Waste Disposal and my bill for 2022 added up to $368 for 2 trash cans. I had to buy 2 containers for the reason that they wasn't doing a good job with their pick-up schedule. They only came 12 times last year and most of the time they were running late. As of this year, they've been late twice and missed a week of service. When they don't show up, I either have to purchase more trash cans or pay another company to do it. I'm asking for a refund for the 13 missed weeks of service and they need to promise they will account for future missed appointments.

MidState Waste Disposal's trash pickup service has been a real disappointment ever since January . According to our sales agreement, they are supposed to pick up my trash every week, but they fail to do so repeatedly. It's been a whole month before they came to dispose of my waste in the past. Whenever I try to reach out to them about the issue, it's rare that someone answers. I even left messages multiple times, but nobody ever called me back. I've never received any valid reason for missing their service, and all I get is excuses like not knowing the county landfill's operating hours. As a result, I have to bear additional costs of going to the landfill and disposing of my household waste myself. Despite paying for their service, I am not getting it.

I call them professionally, but even then, they do not respond, and I know of others in my area dealing with the same issue. Therefore, I have decided to discontinue their services. I think it is important to report their unprofessional business practices, breach of contract, and consistent lack of service. If necessary, I am ready to provide them with several examples and dates that prove the same.
