I was Assaulted by and Discriminated against the employed officers with Wake Medical Hospital Raleigh Campus on June 21st 2023. I am disabled and these officers used Excessive Force against me, sat on me and pressed their knees along my entire spine until I passed out. They handcuffed me and threatened to put me in jail and cuff my ankles. Wake Med is Not taking these Violations seriously. They have falsified their reports and had intended on doing more bodily harm to me.
I have evidence to back up everything that I am saying. I've been threatened by the head officer.
Now I'm being sent to court due to a citation given of 2nd degree trespassing on July 11,2023. These are false charges and need to be dismissed and compensation given to me and my witness for what was done by them to us. That's also Abuse Of Power. There must be ACCOUNTABILITY. My human rights, civil rights, patient Rights were violated. If I went into the hospital on the advice of my spine surgeon via Ambulance and was mistreated by hospital staff why are there hospitals?
This is Not the first time I've been mistreated in the hospitals located in the Triangle. There's a lot of abuse, intimidation, patient Rights violations. I really Need to speak about this in hopes that this still exists
The District Attorney didn't even look at me during the August 8 court date. The lawyer I hired didn't present the evidence and the 2 out of 4 Hospital Security Police that came to court that day Lied
If you are able to help me in any way, please let me know. There's more to this traumatic experience and it needs to be heard and dealt with with Righteous Judgement and Justice.
I'm in the hospital now and most of my pain has been caused by them.
