Vueling Airlinesbad experience / refund

To whom it may concern,

As a travel agency, we Bourgi Travel, would like to bring to your attention an important issue that one of our valuable customers had faced during her fly from Beirut to Barcelona through Vueling Airlines (Flight number C8LC9F). Prof CARINA MEHANNA who is a frequent Vueling passenger, faced some problems during her flight to Barcelona, which made her experience during the flight terrible.

Our client Prof Mehanna was surprised once she reached her seat in Business class, and found that the seat was 2A instead of first row, in a terrible condition and inappropriate for sitting on, instead of giving her the seat she reserved and paid for, they left her on the 2A seat knowing that she had a bad medical condition and a severe backache. In addition to that she paid for food, and didn't receive her meal.

Also, on her way back she reserved again a seat in the first row but the reservation took place in the third row. Bourgi Travel contacted Vueling Airlines in Lebanon who assumed that there were no available places even though there were five available places online on Sunday July 14, and three places on Monday July 15. We then fixed this error by reserving online and paying a penalty since the Vueling agency didn't cooperate.

Prof Mehanna also reserved in Miro Lounge in Barcelona but was surprised to find that there is no reservation in the lounge. She was so disappointed and had a very bad experience.

Knowing that she paid huge amounts of money to be comfortable during her flight to Barcelona, her trip wasn't pleasant at all.

Since our clients are what make us exist, please take our client's experience into consideration.
