I bought some stuff from Voi Jeans website and it wasn't what I expected. So I sent it back and gave them the tracking info twice. But it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't got my refund. It's really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They don't communicate well and it's just not worth the hassle. So if you're thinking about buying from Voi Jeans, be careful and think twice.

So, I was looking for some new jeans and decided to check out Voi Jeans. I found a pair that I really liked and it said they were available, so I went ahead and bought them. But guess what? So, I bought these jeans from Voi Jeans and let me tell you, they were a bit of a letdown. The hnd tapered jeans I got had a bit of a funky smell to them straight out of the package. It was a mix of BO and steak pies, not exactly the most pleasant combination. I thought maybe a wash would help, but it only made things worse. The smell just wouldn't go away.

Now, here's where things get frustrating. When I tried to return the jeans, Voi Jeans wouldn't accept them. Apparently, it had been over 30 days since I made the purchase, even though I had only just opened the package 5 weeks after buying them. I mean, come on, you'd think they would make an exception given the stench coming off these things.

Overall, I would say to avoid Voi Jeans if you don't want to be walking around smelling like a tramp. The quality of the jeans was fine, but the smell was just unbearable. And the fact that they wouldn't accept the return just added insult to injury.

Yo, so I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I got my first pair of Voi jeans. They fit like a glove, ya know? So I figured, why not order another pair from their website? Big mistake, my friends. Big mistake.

I ordered the same size as my first pair - 32L - but when they arrived, they were a 32 waist and a 34 leg. Now, I don't know about you, but a 34 leg is NOT the same as a 32L. So I hit up Voi to see what was up, and they tried to tell me that a 34L is always a 34 inch leg. Um, no. That's not how it works, my dudes.

To make matters worse, they don't even list the leg sizes on their website, so you gotta be super careful when you're ordering. And when I tried to return the jeans, they refused to refund the postage charge. So not only did I get stuck with jeans that didn't fit, but I had to pay an extra ?2.90 just to send them back.

All in all, I'd say don't bother buying Voi jeans online. There's no consistency in their sizing, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Stick to buying in-store, where you can actually try the jeans on before you buy.

I placed an order on the third of January 2012 for next day delivery, which cost me an extra ?2.95. However, today is the tenth of January 2012 and I still haven't received my order. I'm really frustrated because they took my money straight away, but I haven't received my order yet.

I've tried to contact them in every way possible. I've sent four emails, submitted customer service tickets, and I've called them countless times. However, the phone is never answered. I'm starting to think that there's a problem with their telephone line, but I'm not sure. Maybe the internet is down and they can't reply to my emails? I don't think so. Or maybe they've decided to take a break after the busy Christmas period and are now chilling out in the Caribbean for a few weeks? Yes, that's what I think!

What can I do about it? Well, I can keep trying to get in touch with them using all the previous methods and hope that I either receive my delivery or get a full refund of my money. Whatever happens, I'm never going to use this site again!

Voijeans, you should be ashamed of yourselves! You've taken my money and haven't delivered my order. This is not how you treat your customers. I'm really disappointed with your service and I hope that you'll do something to fix this issue.

So, my mother-in-law bought a jacket for my son from Voi Jeans website for ?50 on 26/12/09. The money was taken out of her account on 4/1/10, but the jacket never arrived. We tried to contact the returns department by phone using the number on the website, but it was a struggle to get through. Finally, on 7th Jan 2010, we managed to speak to someone who promised that the money would be refunded as the item was not in stock and should not have been taken out of her account. However, it's been three weeks now, and the money has still not been returned. We have been calling the same number for three days, but it just rings out. We tried to email them, but it keeps returning to us as unsent.

So, we strongly advise you not to use this site!

UPDATE.

On 18/01/10, I phoned another shop at the same location found in the search engine (Wedding Fashions!) and asked to speak to someone in Voi Jeans returns. I spoke to an Asian male named Lenny, who said he would look into it and speak to someone on the internet shopping department. Ten minutes later, he phoned me back and said the money had been refunded there and then in his presence. He apologized for the delay and said my mother-in-law should have it in 48hrs (AGAIN!). I'm not holding out any hope, but I will post an update if it does occur or not. Unfortunately, I feel it will be the latter.

Well, I'm very surprised, but the money has been refunded!

If you're having difficulty with refunds/returns, I advise you to google the returns address and try all the numbers linked to the address.

I recently ordered from Voi Jeans and was disappointed to find out that they didn't have the item in stock after I placed my order. I tried to contact them through email and phone calls, but they didn't respond. It's frustrating to not get a response when you're trying to get your money back or get the item you ordered.

However, I do have to say that their website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of clothing. The prices are also reasonable, which is a plus. I just wish they were more responsive when it comes to customer service.

Overall, I would recommend Voi Jeans for their selection and prices, but be aware that there may be issues with customer service.
