Lunss

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Lunss. I ordered a dress for a special occasion and it arrived completely different from what I had requested. I tried to contact their customer service team multiple times, but never received a response. It's frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and ignores their customers.

I've seen other reviews online that call Lunss a scam, and I can see why. It's not just about the mistake with my order, it's about the lack of communication and accountability. If you're going to run a business, you need to be willing to own up to your mistakes and make things right for your customers.

I wouldn't recommend Lunss to anyone, and I certainly won't be ordering from them again. It's a shame, because I had high hopes for their products based on the photos on their website. But when it comes down to it, customer service is just as important as the quality of the product. And Lunss failed on both counts.
