Vivint review: Vivint sales tactics

I've had Vivint for several years. They drafted from a "Designated" credit card each month. Then last month they did not draft. The card is still active, has a Zero Balance (The card company drafts payments direct from my bank each month) I pay off the card monthly (the card company drafts my bank) Calling Vivint... Not if you want to waste your day on hold. Eariler this year a Vivint sales person stopped at my house. (I already had Vivint), and they were drafting their service fee each month.) I asked the rep, what would it cost to add another camera. He couldn't tell me unless he did a full credit report and got my my income, net worth and other information ("As he said, to determine if I could pay for another camera.") All I asked for was the cost. Now if I had decided to get another camera, then maybe. But I did give him 20 seconds to get off my property, before I would physically throw him off. He did get off. I told him that in Texas it is legal to shoot trespassers.
