The date I selected for purchase was 12/28/25. The date got changed by the system to 12/26/25 which made the tickets unusable. Paid $367 for 3 tickets. Customer support was no help and refused a refund or to send the tickets with the right date. My order # 77243096 Vivid seats needs to take ownership and make this right. Right now I paid the $367 and didn't even get to take the show in.

Claimed loss: $367 full price of the tickets.

Desired outcome: Full refund.
