I have never purchased tickets from VIVID seats before this recent transaction, but it seems to be my last. When purchasing the tickets for my Bruno Mars event in ATL, the seating quality stated "very good" but since the seller of the tickets didn't mention anything about obstructed view when I made a complaint about a huge light pole in my view of the concert after making it to my event, it was brushed off from customer service serval times. It almost seems AI was taking the case. I wasn't wanting a refund but almost 500 dollars for each resold seats I purchased with a huge pole in the way is not a "very good" seat. I just wanted someone to acknowledge this as a problem and probably not price gouge so high next time and take the good times away from very hard-working individuals.
Claimed loss: personal experience.
Desired outcome: I just wanted what I paid for.... a very good seat for me and my girl. A real person to talk to about this and acknowledge this issue and dispute it for me.
