Vivid Seats – Scam you out of money

I purchased very expensive tickets to see The Weekend at Lincoln Field and when I got to the venue my section was closed. I called Vivid Seats immediately to complain and get a refund. It was now been over 10 days and they claim they are still investigating it and I have yet to receive a refund. I have called 6 times since and they refuse to give me any information or a date when this will be resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS! Their money back guarantee is a lie and they are a scam.
