I bought and paid for tickets to a Broadway show over a month ago. The date of the show is in three weeks. I received a message telling me to click on an address to get my tickets. When I clicked I got a message saying they are not available yet. I have spoken to Customer Service Live Chat three times but received NO HELP. They gave me a phone number to complain, but when I call I receive a recorded message telling me contact Live Chat and they hang up on me. Apparently I have no recourse!
Recommendation: USE ANOTHER COMPANY - THIS IS A SCAM!
I ordered and paid for tickets for a performance in September. Paid almost $350 in July. Received message telling me to click on a link and would get tickets but when I clicked, I got a message saying I did not have tickets. Contacted Live Chat 3 times to no avail. Asked for a phone number, but when I called got a recorded message saying to us Live Chat.
