TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...
On December 1st I purchased what I believed to be 3 tickets to the game but after reading the fine print and speaking to numerous people I realized it was to the Lexus Club. Minutes after I questioned the purchased, I called and a few individuals who work with Vivid at customer service and they gave me false information and said they were indeed for the game but in fact they were not and were for the club. They also said there were no refunds which I believe Is fairly unfair as the wording on the site makes it seem as if they are game tickets. It took me months to save that money to take my boys, and I think I should have either received a refund or credit from Vivid. They should also make it clear in BOLD that these are not game tickets.
