On 8/23 I purchased concert tickets for my Great Grandson's birthday on 9/2 to see Suicide Boys in Tulsa, OK. I paid $188.00 for 2 tickets and was supposed to get a confirmation email with my order # and Confirmation #. They took the money from my account but never sent an email. I cant get to anyone at VividSeats because everything on their recordings and emails require the Order ID which they never sent. I'm on Social Security and raising 2 Great Grand kids. I don't have this kind of money to replace and reorder somewhere else. I will NEVER order any tickets from them again.
