I recently made a purchase with Vivid racing for an exhaust that was listed at $600 figuring it was on sale for some reason. I was charged immediately. I waited 2 business days to contact vivid about my order to give it time to process. I then contacted vivid and was told they would contact me about my order that they found it in the system and it was processing. The next email I receive from them is that the exhaust was listed incorrectly however they could offer me a 10% discount off the original price making the exhaust $3,852.00. Seems quite bait and switch to me and although it is stated in their terms they do not have to fulfill the order even after accepting funds they can refund I am still looking at pursuing legal action so this doesn't happen to others. According to their terms they are not obliged to honor their pricing online even if they already accepted your money. Customer service line had me on hold for over 55 minutes on two occasions while I was trying to resolve the issue. Vivid needs to get their stuff together. I guess there's a reason they have a C- rating.

I spent hours on hold over the course of several attempts. When I managed to contact them, they said the part would ship in three weeks. After three weeks, I called again, again wasting hours on the phone waiting, and they said it would be another month. I asked to cancel the order. They said they would. They didn't. I tried cancelling the order through their chatbot. I received an email saying they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. It hadn't. I've spent over 8 hours sending emails, waiting on the phone, leaving messages, and rarely every receiving any contact in return.I finally received an item in the mail and it wasn't what I ordered. I've sent it back and I am still waiting on a refund. It is now late September. Vivid took my money 3 and half months ago for items that they didn't have, were never able to fulfill my order, and still haven't refunded my money. This is the least functional business entity that I have ever interacted with.
On December 28, I purchased rims for my son and it cost me over $800. This company gave me a $20 coupon, which I used, and the price of the rims totaled $807.66 with taxes and shipping. When I paid for the item, the confirmation page showed I paid $829.21 instead of the $807, taking back the $20 dollars and adding a little more. To put the icing on the cake, they never sent the rims, they just kept the money. For the person who had a 5 star review, they either work for the company or they are related to or a friend of someone who does. This company should be put out of business. It is unconscionable for a company to be allowed to advertise products, take peoples money, and not give us what we paid for. To allow it is disgraceful. Oh, I reached out to them, but I still dont have my money. They later sent me an email asking if I received the shipment, I said no, I still dont have my money. The are committing fraud and they should have charges brought against them. If anyone wants to start a class action, we can all go in to pay the legal fees.
I purchased a product from Vivid for the price shown on the website. I received the confirmation of purchase and thought I was fine, four days later I called because I hadnt received a tracking number of shipping confirmation. I was told that due to a price increase they couldnt sell the product without me paying $80 more. I asked about the price on the website, this was 4 days later, the price still hasnt been updated and I told them I think they should have informed me sooner, since I had already paid, and they hadnt contacted me for anything, not shipping, not for the price increase. *** has been no help, Ive been hung up on and dismissed many times. I think its false advertisement what if I had never called?, would they have called me eventually? I think they should honor the price they SOLD them to me for, regardless of their negligence on updating their website.

I have had the worst experience with Vivid Racing. I ordered an exhaust through them three weeks ago. I called before ordering to check availability, and I was told that it was in stock and ready to ship. So I proceed with my order. Weeks go by and I get no confirmation. I call and was able to connect with someone after nearly half an hour on hold, and she tells me the exhaust is NOT in stock and is being shipped from the manufacturer and should be shipping soon. Another two weeks go by and I still hear nothing. I send an email asking for an update. I'm told they asked for an update. I wait a few more days, and send another email. No response. I call, I go through the menu, and am told what position in line I'm in. I stay on hold for 20 minutes. Once I become next in line, the line rings and rings for another 10-15 minutes, only to be hung up on. I have called 10 times per day for multiple days now with the same exact thing happening every time. I send emails daily and do not get a response. At this point I just want a refund and I can't even talk to anyone who works there. It feels like they are just blowing me off at this point and trying to steal my money.
I just wanted to leave a review for this company not everyone has a great experience when purchasing parts but I did. I've purchased my taillights and headlights from vividracing and couldn't be happier they look great on my Ram *** with my second purchase was Connor he double check everything for my headlights and made sure anything else wasn't required to go with my purchase and sent me to check out. I appreciate the great customer care Connor provided. Keep up the great work and when I get for my next mod for my Ram I know where I'm going Vividracing ...?
Called 6 x over 2 days. They placed my order on hold because they raised the price $100 after I already purchased it. They never answered the phone and each time I waited anywhere between 15 and 30 mins I got hung up on! I finally got through on a online chat and they refused to honor pricing and they didnt even offer to make things right or correct the website pricing. What a scam and to top it off I found the same item on *** freaks .com and guess what? Appears Vivid owns them as well.. neither CEOs where available for comment could not escalate to a complaint call and my order was cancelled and I was promptly dismissed. Horrible horrible experience. Not to mention its 4 days after I ordered it.
This company is garbage. I ordered a cold air intake on 1-20-22 and never received a tracking number or anything, After calling a couple of times I eventually it was getting shipped from the Manufacturer on 2-18-22. I could have fabricated on myself by now. Now I'm out of town for work and *** sent me an email saying its getting delivered tomorrow and needs a signature.

This has to be the worst ran online business I have ever dealt with. my order there was #***. on 06/28 It was for a new custom steering wheel for my ***. I filled out the online form and double-checked it was correct. I paid and sent in the order. My car is automatic with the paddle shifters, and what I got back on 8/27 was a wheel made for a stick shift. I even sent images in with the order so they could get it right. Well, it was wrong. So I emailed Vivid because they never answer their phones. Someone named Brianna sent me an email back saying I can return the wrong wheel, and they will make the correct one. After waiting nearly another month and a half later, I emailed them and was told Brianna wasn't there anymore, and no one seemed to know if they were even making me a new wheel. Dan said he would refund me on 11/02. On 11/10, I got an email from someone named tiffany and an RMA attached image to return my stock wheel for the Core charge. Meanwhile, I already told them I moved over a month previously to Washington, the RMA had my old Arizona address. I also have no idea what the RMA was sent for since I still have nothing. Right now as of 11/10 I don't have a wheel or any of my money.
I placed an order that I never received. I asked them to file a claim with the shipping company so I can receive a refund. Instead of doing that they're wanting me to contact the shipping company myself. If I didn't already do that myself, for them to tell me it's considered lost I wouldn't have contacted to file a claim? They literally tell you to contact the seller to file a claim! My item was shipped from the manufacturer ATW and they're helping me with the claim now. Zero help from vivid at all Also was on hold twice for 20+ mins then the call dropped both times. Never do business with them. They're scammy to say the least. I don't understand how they're even in business. They never respond to you when you want an update but they'll email you when you're trying to get your money back! You have to search their name and see all the horrible reviews from others. So many other companies out there with great customer service to resolve any of your problems.

Well I was lied to about the availability of the original wheels and even was sent an email with pictures of the wheels I ordered saying they had shipped and would arrive in a few days. What arrived was only the lug nuts so I called them and was told that the wheels were actually on a cargo ship off of the coast of *** and they couldn't even give me an estimate as to when they would arrive. Needless to say I was very upset and cancelled the order. and actually have yet to even get my money back. That's where Vivid Racing and *** McRarlin came in. I called them to see what they could do on the same set of wheels that i had ordered from Carid and after he checked directly with the manufacturer he told me that while the lug pattern was correct for my car that the original wheels would not actually fit my car correctly. So after chatting about what i was actually looking to do he recommended a set of Vorsteiner wheels that were designed specifically for my car. He got them shipped the next morning and my car looks freaking amazing! Thank you ***! You went above and beyond and have earned a customer for life. Keep up the great work!

I purchased wheels from a vendor at VIVID RACING, only to find out they didn't have them in stock, which is odd since the website indicated availability. The cancellation process was lengthy, taking over a week. Attempting to order another set, I inquired about the stock for three different sets, but received minimal assistance. After ordering, I found another company with better prices and customer service, so I initiated another cancellation with VIVID RACING. Despite assurances of cancellation, the vendor did not confirm with the payment processor, and after nearly two weeks and multiple attempts to contact them via phone, email, and chat, I still had no confirmation of the cancellation for a refund. Even after the wheels were shipped and I rejected the delivery, VIVID RACING has not responded. It seems leaving reviews might be the only way to get their attention now.

Beware! Avoid Vivid and the deceptive practices associated with it as they are a complete scam. I ordered a strut bar for my car on March 26. I have sent multiple messages to Vivid and their customer service with no response. I was informed that the part was being drop-shipped and that I would be updated, but the website never indicated that the part was out of stock, and they charged me immediately upon ordering. A month has passed with no further updates from either Vivid or their customer service. The return policy is good for 30 days, and I waited nearly 27 days before filing a claim. Despite sending three messages through their customer service platform, I received no reply. This morning, I visited Vivid's social media page, which has a large following, yet almost every comment gets deleted. I commented to warn others about this disreputable company and was blocked within 5 minutes, yet I still have no update on my order. Many people have had similar experiences with this company. It seems I'm not alone in submitting a review/complaint to Complaintsboard.com this month. I plan to share my experience with as many car groups as possible to prevent others from enduring the same issues. Having shopped online for over 12 years, I can say they have the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Tl;dr Paid for a product that was never shipped, had to initiate a refund process. I ordered a strut bar that was, and is still labeled IN STOCK on their website. Thankfully I paid with a protected payment method. Little did I know then I'd have to file a claim. One week passes and I received NO order number NO shipping. I reached out to customer service via email and they told me the order was updated. I now got an order number but still no shipping. Another week passes so I reach out again asking for a refund if the item is not in stock since they are wasting my time. They tell me they will look into it and reply right away! ANOTHER week passes of no response so I reach out AGAIN and they tell me they contacted the vendor and my item should have shipped the day before. This tells me they never looked into it the first time and that they never had the item in stock if they had to contact the vendor. On top of this they ignored two requests for a refund if the item was NOT in stock. Can you guess what happened next? Another week passes of no reply and I contacted them yet again. They ignored me from there on out and started spamming me with the same message saying it should have shipped out with different made up signatures every day for almost a week before I had to block them. I filed a claim to the payment platform and came to conclusion I got scammed. A few days later I received an email telling me the item will be in PRODUCTION and ship out in 6 - 8 weeks. What a joke this company is full of lies and deceit. I tried to call them to get a hold of someone only to find out their automated system runs you in circles. Tells me I'm caller number 3, then 2, then 7. I waited back down from 7 and it told me I was next then all of a sudden they are too busy and it automatically hangs up. I replied right away to the email telling them to submit my refund, I'm done with you guys, and have fun with the claim process. Only after threatening the claim is the first time they replied within a week. I'm then told that they would be happy to issue my refund!... As long as I close my dispute. What an obvious scam. Closing a dispute is permanent and you can't take action after it's closed they clearly wanted to run off with my money once freed from liability. I called them out on it and they said I would have to close it for a refund. I said no. Then magically the manager was able to approve my refund and the claim closed automatically as it's supposed to.

I made a $630 order with Vivid for an NRG seat, slider, and bracket on July 3rd. I understand this a small order compared to many of the other victims on this page. None of these items indicated that there was a high lead time, or that there would be any issues receiving these items within a reasonable amount of time. On June 8th I received a message indicating that my items were scheduled to ship directly from the vendor/manufacturer (no specific date listed). After a few days with no indication that anything was shipping, I reached out on the 11th. I was told that they are incapable of getting an answer from NRG on the status of my order. I followed up again on the 14th and essentially received the same answer. No indication that they had any clue of when, or if, I would receive the items I ordered. On the 22nd I requested a refund, after Vivid clearly showed they had no idea how to get a hold of NRG, or didn't want to. I heard nothing until the 24th once I called their hotline--which is beyond frustrating. It was 20 minutes of pre-recorded messages of the owner of Vivid pretty much saying how terrible he knows it is to be on hold. I would've rather have listened to generic hold-line music. While they "processed" my refund request after this call, it was absolutely meaningless. They said it took 3 days to process the refund on their end, and another 3 days depending on your bank. I gave them 10 full business days to process this before I even contacted them. I thought this was extremely reasonable even with the holiday season. It was JULY 9th when I decided to contact them and tell them I didn't receive my refund yet. I received a generic message stating that "cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by the warehouse and/or manufacturer". Keep in mind that this is apparently the same warehouse/manufacturer that couldn't even confirm what month they would ship what I ordered. There was no indication that any product had moved, was being made, or on schedule to be produced. There is nothing to process besides the money I gave them for essentially nothing. After this message, I told them that they had until today (7/13) to resolve this or I would make a complaint to the Complaintsboard.com. They still haven't responded at all. There has not been any updates on my order whatsoever. Do not order from this scam company. I'd also like to add that none of the people I have spoken with actually seemed to feel or even pretended to feel any sort of sympathy for my situation, they seem to be used to people complaining about this kind of thing. Weird. I understand that NRG is a difficult company to work with, but at least they don't pretend that they will sell something they clearly do not have. However, I ordered a couple of NRG items through Grip Royal and they arrived at my house within THREE days of my order, because they actually carry what they claim to sell. Vivid does not care about you and are happy to take your money without any concern about your order. This entire ordeal would not have happened if they just stated that they didn't have these items in stock and didn't know when they would receive them. I will never order from this company again and I completely regret ever giving them a chance. They do not deserve it and if I could give zero stars I would. Even if they resolve this, either with shipping the items I ordered or actually giving me the refund I requested almost three weeks ago, they will never have my support.

They will be very responsive up until they have taken your money, after that expect to NEVER hear back from them. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get the sale but will completely deny everything they said after you've paid. I waited 8 weeks for a custom steering wheel and was told multiple times that I would be given an update when I made the order as to if they can make it to my specs and send me a photo of what it looks like. NEVER got any updates, Never got a response by email from the person who sold to me to the point that I thought he either got fired or quit. He never answers his phone because he has caller id. I had to call and have someone forward me to him in order to ever speak with him. SUPER SHADY COMPANY. He even told me on the phone when I was ordering that if they messed up my order that I can get a refund at no cost even though they have some *** on their website stating they charge a restocking fee but reassured me that if they messed up my order that I wouldn't be charged that fee. GUESS WHAT, THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER and sent me not what I order as was depicted in the invoice. AGAIN, had to call. Tried his direct # and YUP, you guess it, he didn't answer. I call a different way and get forwarded to him, you guess it, he answers this way. I explain to him calmly that my custom order just arrived today and it's not what was depicted in the invoice. He confirms my invoice stated it clearly and that I received an incorrect item. Since they're the middle man he states, he has to forward this to the manufacturer and that it's up to them to either fix it or offer me a refund. I had asked how long it would take to get the correct item I ordered and he said he doesn't know. I informed him I don't want to wait another 8 weeks for their mess up. He again stated he can't do anything about it or assure anything or do anything at all to make the situation better for the customer. I said if it's going to take awhile I'd rather just have a refund since I don't want to go through this again. He said he can't give me a refund. Denies ever telling me that I could have a refund if they messed up as stated prior to my purchase. Keeps trying to rush and brush through phone call since the get go. I am calm but slightly irritated sounding through this whole call. I don't want to be a flippant person but express that this is their mistake and they keep treating me like ***. I told him to stop brushing me off and trying to end the phone call because he was clearly not caring at all about the situation. They still refuse to give me a refund for their mess up. They refuse to try and expedite the manner after already making me wait 8 weeks and four days! What's even crazier is that the item gets to sent to them first before they ship it to you, They couldn't even verify the item matches the invoice? Also, this wouldn't have happened if they did what they said they would and what I asked for a photo of it once it was done. LOL? This is really on them. They could have done so much better if they just followed through like an actual professional. Clearly they're not. It is absolutely frustrating that places like this try and use the pandemic as a reason to why they're a terrible company with poor ethics and terrible customer service. TL;DR? This company is absolutely disappointing and disrespectful. Save your money, do your research on the company prior to shopping with them, especially during these times because I sure wish I did. If I saw all these Complaintsboard.com reviews I would have definitely gone with a different vendor I had lined up. Learn from my regrets and experience with this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order with them for a stock item (*** Headers) however after they took my money, they told me that it is not a stock item but made to order. I requested a refund less a 20% materials fee (whatever that is). Then a guy emails me and says that my refund was processed and on it's way. Five days later another guy ) emails me and say that my refund was used on the purchase of another set of *** Headers. Ordered bumpers on May 5th, paid $1467.00 without using a specific payment method.
5/5 Ordered front and rear bumpers May 5th through their website, paid a total of $1467.00. I placed two separate orders for each bumper to ship upon completion. This included the bumpers and one freight charge, as agreed with Adam by phone. A 4-6 week lead time was given, and I received confirmation emails the same day. On 5/6, my order was delayed to 8-10 weeks due to COVID. I agreed to the new lead time and inquired about separate shipping and updating my address due to an upcoming move. No response was received. On 5/21, an email stated my order was being processed for drop shipping. On 6/20, another email confirmed my special order. I requested updates but only got promises for follow-up. Multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered. On 6/30, Tanner C. informed me of a one-month ETA for the front bumper. After clarifying I had two orders, Tanner confirmed similar ETAs for both. Following weeks of no updates, on 8/20, Ben P. suggested canceling and reordering with the new address, which required a new payment. I agreed. The new invoice was $80 higher. Ben P. explained an $80 balance was due on the front bumper, which I disputed. After discussion, Ben agreed to ship both bumpers together without the extra charge. On 9/13, I sought confirmation of the September 21st delivery. Ben P. updated me on 9/14 that the front bumper was ready and the rear was being finished. Further delays occurred without explanation. On 10/6, after 21 weeks and poor communication, I contacted the manufacturer directly and was told my bumpers would ship that day. Overall, the experience with this supplier was unsatisfactory due to attempted overcharging and failure to meet lead times.

Ordered this item on their website on 12/31. Was told that even though their website showed the item I wanted was IN STOCK, they needed to have the manufacturer send it to me and it was on backorder. Due to the pandemic, I decided to give them some slack and wait for my muffler.3/8 - Decided it was time to email and asked for status, was told "We are still awaiting an update on your order. We'll shoot you an email as soon as your order ships."4/6 - Emailed and asked for status, no reply 5/24 - Emailed and asked for status, was told "We sincerely apologize for the delays and inconvenience. The manufacturer got back to me saying your order is still on back order and is expected to be available 2022-06-01. As soon as there are any other updates or tracking we will send them over."6/2 - Emailed and asked for status, was told "Thank you for reaching back. The manufacturer has yet to provide the tracking number order ***. We have sent them a follow up and as soon as we hear from them or a tracking is provided, we will inform you right away."7/18 - Emailed and asked for status, also noticed the SAME muffler was being sold for $100 more and listed in stock, so I asked about that. Was told "We are still awaiting an update on your order. We'll shoot you an email as soon as your order ships." Note: ZERO mention about the muffler being in stock and selling for $100 more. 8/20 - Emailed and requested they cancel my order 8/21 - My order shipped. Stay away from this business, they're falsely advertising they have items in stock, they charged me in 2021, and didn't send my item until 8/22. All they wanted to do was hold on to my money until I threatened to cancel the order. There are a lot of other businesses that sell motorcycle parts and don't lie about their stock or hold your money hostage for 8 months.

I ordered a set of wheels (rays) with a specific offset, on July 27th. In the pro final email discussion, we agreed on a 50% deposit on the wheels as they needed to be ordered for the specific specs required. I was given a date of 5 months, so December 27th? After I had not heard a peep and the vehicle these wheels were going on was totaled in a snow storm, I emailed asking for a refund. To which I was told that as in the invoice a refund is not available, the order can be cancelled with a forfeit of the 50% down payment. However the original invoice does not state that a refund is not available, whether or not the website states as such(looked afterwards, because I did not agree to those terms), the wheels were ordered via email and that was not discussed beforehand. After the vehicle was totaled, I inquired about a refund, to which I was told is t possible, which is fine, but it beyond the date I was told, so I asked about an expected date? To which I was told it was going to be an extra 2-3 months. To be honest if these wheels in this offset were as rare as vivid racing wants to pretend they are, I wouldnt care, but I could purchase them from any competitor of theirs without them having to be manufactured. So my issue is as stands, the wheels were promised in a time frame, they didnt get here in the time frame, I wasnt told they wouldnt be here in that time frame until the car was totaled. I wouldnt mind still reviving the wheels so I could sell them in a private sale for wheels for the new car, but now Im in limbo waiting on those, and I originally purchased them in July. Its upsetting that 2 weeks after the wheels should have been here I had to inform them of the issue with the car and then be told I cant get a refund and also its going to be 2-3 mint beyond that, and then proceeded to discuss the issue with someone who isnt me

I had ordered two rear CV axles for the total price of $779.90 I also had ordered one front CV axle for the total price of *** The price for each of these axles are $*** and that price was on their website and showed in stock as well as the actual manufacturer's website as well and they showed that they were in stock.Not receiving any information from vivid other than a generic order placed email several days later on February 22nd asking for an update.February 22nd they responded to me saying they were getting in touch with the manufacturer and they would be back with me.Then, on February 23rd *** sent me an email saying my order was on hold and waiting for a response. In the email to me they told me that the manufacturer raised the price on the parts to $460 a piece I would like to know how I would take care of that. I then called spoke with *** he promptly answered the phone and was glad to charge me the additional balance to get the parts shipped ASAP. Me needing the parts and not researching this trusting this business I did let them charge me. After the order was complete I checked their website and they did not adjust that price and I also went to the manufacturer of the parts website and they show in stock in the price was the same as well meaning the original price. I then called RCV which is the manufacturer of the part, spoke with sales and they insured me that pricing did not and will not change in the near future and that there is no issue fulfilling any orders directly to any customer and that does not sound right. They were upset at the fact that this company was selling above MSRP and that *** act negatively towards their dealer programs. I then called vivid back multiple times to talk with people waiting on hold for a lot of time over the course of 2 days talking with different people and nobody was able to help me and nobody seemed to care.

I ordered a Dodge Challenger aero kit from a distributor managed by Vivid Racing.
On August 13, I ordered a Dodge Challenger wide body aero kit through a distributor managed by Vivid Racing. The kit includes 9 pieces of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) manufactured upon purchase. The purchase price for the body kit is $9,995. I agreed with the sales agent to pay $4,995 upfront and the remaining $5,000 upon final shipment. The transaction was made to Vivid Distributing LLC, through PayPal. I was initially told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive my parts. After several inquiries, I was informed the items were shipped mid-January. Vivid Racing claimed the kit was air freighted and should arrive by end of January. As of February 3, 25 weeks later, I had no information on my merchandise. On February 19, I inquired about my order's ETA. On February 26, I was told my parts would arrive by March 2. By March 10th, I had no delivery information. I suspect fraud as I've waited 7 months without receiving my items. Vivid Racing has a history of not delivering paid goods. I am filing a dispute against Vivid Racing and have all relevant receipts, emails, and bank statements.

That date has now came and went without notice they were not coming. We have tried calling multiple times and been hung up on or had to leave voicemails and no one calls you back. I emailed them 4 times and just get no response. Ignored. We tried the chat but will only get generic responses without answering our questions. We just want the wheels we paid for 7 months ago. At one point the chat said probably by April 2022?. Sometime between now and April they said like they were just guessing. Thats a year after paying for them. It just seems like they are making stuff up at this point and no one is really looking into the issue. Like they just read a script to make you go away or wait longer. We just want to know when we are going to receive the product we paid for 7 months ago. We want to know that someone actually knows where they are and when they will get to me. That Vivid actually has a plan they are working to deliver the product I ordered. A REAL date. PLEASE track it and provide updates without us calling 10 times and waiting on hold with no success. It seems very unprofessional. Vivid seems like they are overwhelmed and losing track of orders. I understand long lead times, but waiting a year? I was told at the 6 month *** they were done being made and on the way but then someone else says its going to take 5 more months, a month later. What is going on? Is it to much to ask for someone to really find where the product currently is and get it to us. $2000 is a lot of money, I waited 7 months already and we are weeks now passed the date we were supposed to receive them. I dont want to cancel, I just want the wheels and want vivid to follow through with their end of the deal and commitments and please fix your customer service communication issues. Placed an order for a $200 part in very beginning of May to be delivered to my home in Arizona from manufacturer in California. Waited weeks with no shipping updates or information. Attempted to call the business to check status and was on hold. Was told by automated recording that I was 5th in line, waited util it stated I was 1st in line, then it continued to say I was 7th! Continued on hold for extensive amount of time and then was hung up on. I never was able to get in contact. I then received an email that my part was not available in ordered color and to choose between black or red, I emailed back opting for black in hopes that I would now soon be receiving shipping info. WEEKS later again I cannot get into contact with anyone, there still has been no updates that my package has shipped or ANYTHING. I manage to get a voicemail box for someone at the company and had left 2 messages over the span over a week with NO REPLY. Then one day I just happened to get home only 2 minutes before a *** driver dropped my package at my front door. The package was not discreet. It was black with a picture of a sports car on it and clearly in large letters said "higher performance parts." I had no way of knowing the package was going to be here, so had I not been home I can guarantee it would have been stolen. And since I never received any update that my package was delivered, I never would have realized it was stolen had I not been there. After opening the box and getting ready to install the part in my car I see that they sent me the WRONG PART and upon trying to contact them about it I still CANNOT get into contact with them! I went to leave a bad review on *** and I saw that several other people had this SAME ISSUE. I can only imagine how often this happens and there is no review left. One review stated there has been no delivery or refund for 8MONTHS. This person was basically stolen from. This is a terrible company stealing peoples money.

I ordered 4 sand tires from vivid racing/motorsports on or about 8/11. I was told 2 tires would be delivered with in a week and the other 2 would be ordered the following friday from their warehouse. I received the front tires on time and waited on the rear tires. When they didn't arrive as promised I called vivid racing and was told they were delivered with my front tires I reminded them that i was told the tires would be shipped as two different orders because the rear tires are coming from a different warehouse. I was then told he would have to consult with his manager and He would call me back later in the day. I received no call. I called the next day only to be directed to their automated answering service. after numerous calls I finally reached a customer service, I was promised my tires would ship within 2 days. Never received my tires. I phoned and left many messages and even sent messages via their "live chat" to call me about my order.. From 8/11 through 8/27 I had reached out to vivid racing 18 times and left numerous messages to call me and to cancel my order. I got NO response from them On 8/27 I had left a message for them to call me and then had my wife call on her phone "inquiring" about purchasing tires. They ignored my message but called my wife back. I then got on the phone and told them to cancel my order for the rear tires. I was then told me I would have to pay return shipping back to their warehouse. After reminding them this mess was their fault I was told I would receive a full refund. I received no refund. On 9/10 I called and left another message to call me about my refund. Once again my message fell on deaf ears. I have been given the brush off and ignored many many times. They have done nothing about my refund. I must add that I have received no invoice nor conformation info on my order .they have done nothing for me but steal my money. I am owed $325.98 for the rear tires Plus the shipping charges..

I initially purchased a clutch on 10/7, & received it on 10/12. got my car into the shop 10/30 just to realize that Vivid Racing sent me the wrong clutch. I thought this was just a mix up and theyd send me the right one, just to have an endless email thread back and forth over the course of 3 months, not hearing from them for weeks on end, calling just to get hung up on or wait for hours on hold for the call to either drop or for them to have no update on my return status. They ended up telling me i wouldnt get a clutch in exchange until i had sent my original one in, had it inspected and then they would send me another. i needed my vehicle back on the road, so i decided to order yet ANOTHER clutch from them out of pocket and over a week went by and they hadnt shipped my second clutch yet so i started worrying that this one wouldnt fit either so i called the manufacturer clutch masters directly to confirm the fitment and they informed me that BOTH of the clutches i had purchased from vivid racing were for a 325i and i have a 328i (mind you their website specifically says it fits my car and was a dampened disk. So not only was it for the wrong car, they also were advertising it as a dampened disk and they sent me a rigid disk. I cancel my order for the second clutch, before they shipped it and got a refund. For original clutch i purchased, i didnt receive a shipping label to return the item until 11/19, i shipped it out to them and didnt hear anything back until 12/8 confirming that they had received it. I was pleased to see that but i still didnt have my refund. 12/13 got an email saying they needed to confirm that it was received and inspected. 12/22 still hasnt heard anything so i called the manufacturer MYSELF to confirm they received it. 12/29 vivid racing finally approved return & said i would get an email saying the refund was issued and it will take 5-7 days to hit. 1/8/22 still havent gotten a refund confirmation or refund.

I reached out again once middle of August came around and was told another week. I took it upon myself to reach out to the manufacturer and was told they never received my order and they havent spoken with Vivid about my order. After back and forth with Vivid and Brixton I was told the rims I ordered would have a delay until late November.Another option was provided same rims different color and it can ship within in a week and I was ok with that. A tracking number was provided through email by Vivid.Two weeks go by and I havent received the rims so I which out to Vivid and they give me the same run around. I reached out to Brixton and was told that the rims was out of stock and discontinued and the original rims I ordered will be late November middle of December. I call Vivid and ask for a cancellation of my order and a full refund on September 27 and I was told my order has been shipped to my surprise and I can not cancel the order.I email Vivid the phone records of me speaking with Brixton on September 29 and I also told them I want to cancel the order and receive a refund again. On October 11 I called Vivid and explained the situation again I was told to expect a cancellation email in *** hours and a refund in 5-7 days.As expected nothing so I reached out to Vivid again on November 2 and was told the exact same thing I was told on October 11 but this time I was emailed a cancellation notice. The date is now November 14 and going on 10 business days. This is by far the worst online experience I have encountered. *** is the sales associate Ive been emailing with and he has been nonexistent other than sending me junk emails about product they sale after I have sent emails about my refund.

Payment was made on the date of purchase 9/23, on my CapitalOne credit card.?I contacted ***(from Vivid Racing) on 10/06, as well as ***(from Vivid Racing) on multiple occasions (some dates include 10/25/201, 11/29) explaining my reason to return the product and request a full refund. My request to return items was made within the companys time frame outlined in their terms and conditions. The product was not a special order, the request was made two weeks after the date of purchase, and item had not yet been shipped. In addition, I had attempted to reach the sales team on several seperate occasions, on said occasions, all my calls were all left unanswered. Please note as evident by details of a chat transcript which took place on 10/6, I was informed the item I purchased was able to be returned and a refund would be made given it met the companys terms and conditions were met. I was told the refund would be recieved within 7 days. Despite instructions from Vivid Racing during our electronic chat my request was later denied. The item was shipped out(please note in an untimely manner, on 12/31). I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like Vivid Racing to provide me with a full refund of the purchase price $6,696.00. Improper parts
I purchased a Agency Power Exhaust System from Vivid Racing for my 2009 Porsche Boxster S 987 Generation II with Direct Fuel Injection. A representative from Vivid Racing stated it fits this specific make and model.
Turns out it does not, fitment is different for Gen I and Gen II cars. I contacted Agency Power and received confirmation about this from a rep named Matt Jobin, "We have not installed one of these on a 987.2. This is designed to fit the first Gen 987"
I contacted Dan Mermelstein from Vivid Racing who was very unhelpful and shrugged the issue off, stating I received a discount on the exhaust (apparently discounts mean no customer service) . This is their problem as their sales rep stated it fits Gen II cars when in fact it does not. The exhaust was miss advertised and therefore certainly Vivid Racings problem.
Further research shows that Vivid Racing and Agency Power are the same company. Under no circumstance should this exhaust have been sold to a 987 Gen II owner when Agency Power had never even tested the product on the vehicle. I am very displeased with the customer service and how the issue has been handled by both companies.

On January 24th, my order was confirmed to be in stock. I expected to have waited at least a few weeks. It has been almost over 2 months now with no real update. Just customer service keep telling me they will update me when the manufacturer lets them know. I did not spend all this money on my hood just to wait months in order for me to receive some type of tracking number. I have my order number etched in my memory by how many times I have contacted customer service. Very disappointed and it doesn't make me want to purchase anything from Vivid again.
Similar story as the others, ordered two tires, got charged immediately, never received a tracking number, and all responses to my requests were promptly ignored.
Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with! No replies via email after multiple attempts, so I called instead only for me to get the same run around. I just want my money back.
After calling in two weeks ago and being assured my order would be shipped the same day if ordered before 2 pm, I ordered an awe exhaust for my Camaro at 6 am. I then proceeded to check my order status at 3 pm and received a notification that it was on hold for an EPA waiver. Upon calling the company, they informed me that they needed to send an email which I would have to return signed. I complied with this request. However, they had not mentioned this requirement during the checkout process nor had they sent the necessary documentation before I initiated contact. The service was appalling. The website's design lacks competence, as such a process should be automated upon purchase, not dependent on a staff member's initiative to send out the necessary information. It's worth noting that they didn't send it until I called, suggesting they might have delayed even longer, potentially a week, before sending the email. This is particularly frustrating considering I paid almost $200 for priority next-day shipping. This company is a complete and utter joke. It's bewildering why any trust would be placed in a company that cannot invest a mere 20 minutes to set up an automated email system for EPA waivers.
