RealTruck NFB-119418012 - N-Fab Nerf Step RS Running Board

I was looking for a lower sitting running board for my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LTZ Z71 Crew Cab. As most of you know the floor of this is high and I am only 5'8'' tall. I had to pull-up my self to get in the truck. Which is not easy I am 71 years old and handicap with my left hip.
I choose this style because the salesperson Mr. Michael Todd recommended and he explained an this style the side steps are lower than the other flat of round running boards.
They were delivered on time with no damage from Fedex. Very well packed and was no missing hardware.
I followed the very simple instructions and Valah I installed both of them in 45 minutes with on help which includes popping out the plastic knobs. From the truck.
The steps are located correctly and they are sitting 5" lower from the bottom of the rocker panel and comes with three brackets already welded to the support pipe.
I highly recommend this running board with steps for short and older people.

RealTruck Product Selection, Service and Support Excellence!

Excellent Customer Support and Service on Top of an Excellent Deal. The service agents were all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive all the way from product selection and purchase, to after purchase support, questions and my desire to make changes to my order before the product was shipped (a personal after-thought decision on my part to change the selection). Deal was great to start and then they made it even better for me to help me make my final decision, and be happy and confident in it that I made the right choices - including my Very FIRST Right Choice to look into, and go through RealTruck.com for my after-market truck needs!

The customer support reps and service agents were all spot on helpful and extremely fast and courteous in all of their responses and actions on chat, phone and email. RealTruck X4S & BakBox 2

After getting a new truck I did a lot of research and back and forth over what kind of cover to get. There are a lot of different options out there but the reviews for this were good. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for and they do have discounts for certain things. I Ultimately went with the X4S and BakBox2 combo. It actually got here pretty quick. And although I haven't put it to use anywhere besides my driveway I can tell that it was worth the time and money. Even just looking at it. It was fairly easy to install. I recently had knee surgery but was able to take my time and was able to get it all set up, aligned and properly fit. It feels secure. I'm not worried about anyone cutting through it like a vinyl one. And it rolls up evenly. The straps to secure it in the rolled up position aren't buckles and I like that, it doesn't take up a lot of space in the back window. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it. There's also a 5 year warranty. Anyway, hope this helps you.

RealTruck 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited X

Firstly, it came packaged to perfection. Wrapped, cushioned, organized. No dents, dings or scratches. I spoke with Chris before my purchase because there are usually issues with fitting step rails onto a Limited X. He assured me that I was selecting the right set. When I opened the package, the paperwork right on top said "exclude Limited x"... so imagine my initial concern. I laid out the rails and brackets on the driver's side, and it appeared to line up ok, so I proceeded with the install. It was a pain (I need low profile ratchets), but it fit. A normal socket wrench and socket won't fit between the body and the pinch weld, and the bolts are too long to go at it from the other side (so either have a flat adjustable ratchet or a deep 10mm socket). So, I went at it with my wrenches. A half turn at a time. There is barely any clearance between the front edge of the step rail and the Jeep's trim, but it doesn't touch. It also flares out slightly as it goes back, but it fits the flaring of the body, so it looks pretty damn good (if I must say so myself).

I never have bought tires online before. Was a little reluctant to say the least. But I did my homework and checked all the reviews from other customers that have used the RealTruck website, and you can rest assure, these guys are top notch and legit. Great quaility products, super quick free shipping on a set of 4 tires, and lowest price I could find online. I decided to do my first order over the phone to make sure they were legit, but now I would feel totally comfortable doing my next order simply online, by myself.The salesman I put order in with over the phone, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I only hope that the Toyo Open Country AT3 tires I purchased are as good as my experience with ToughTruck Staff. From what I could find online for Toyo Open Country AT3 tires for my driving conditions in Western, NY... This tire seems perfect. I have only driven on dry roads and a little off-roading, since I bought them, and so far I love these tires. Nice and quiet on the road and super smooth ride, cant wait to try them in the snow in Western, NY. I will not hesitate to order from ToughTrucks again. Thanks ToughTruck!

RealTruck 2016 Dodge Durango - IONIC CXV Running Boards

I am very pleased with the IONIC CXV running boards and especially pleased with the customer experience with this purchase. I called your customer service to make sure that these running boards would be the correct product for my vehicle & model and I placed the order with the assistance of customer service representative Crystal. She double checked the product compatibility and also researched and found an installation video link for a similar vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) to help me with the installation. I placed the order with her on Tuesday and I received the product on Thursday afternoon - 2 days from Indiana to Florida - and shipping was included in the "On Sale" price!
I installed the running boards on Friday (next day) after a quick trip to Home Depot for a very necessary 18mm deep socket tool indicated in the installation video. The installation was a little awkward to install the 6 mounting brackets primarily due to me not raising the vehicle off the ground for better access and visibility. All in all - a great customer experience and a very nice product and improved appearance and functionality of the vehicle. I would definitely purchase this product again and for sure from the Running Board Warehouse. Thank you.

RealTruck A Good Mirrya Renn/RealTruck Buying Experience

I wanted running boards for my new 2023 Honda Ridgeline and turned to YouTube to see what"s out there. One video fit my needs but was discontinued by the manufactured for my car. Rats! I came across your website and when I called to verify part numbers I was transferred to a home phone number because it was a weekend to Mirrya Renn, working for RealTruck out of her house. She knows her stuff and understood that I didn't want something cheap for my new baby and in fact, where running boards usually run between 90 and 125 dollar, I had to have the Black Horse's best version (I gladly paid with NY tax 363.00).Mirrya stayed with me on the phone, checked the computer, made sure there were no discounts that could be had elsewhere, and generally did everything to help me. She stayed patiently on the phone and responded to my talkative rap with kindness and professional courtesy, and is lots of fun. We closed the deal and my running boards were delivered in two days! It's a job to installed them because you are working on the ground and upside down but with a little patience you can do it. Well, my Black Horse boars are beautiful with heave duty extruded frames, thick vinyl soles and a belt of of stainless steal along the edge that reflects two similar bars atop and below the windows. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, with RealTruck and especially with Mirrya. Without her it wouldn't have occurred. Simply, I'm happy, and you should give Ms. Renn a raise. Cheers.

Excellent company I had ordered these side steps for my vehicle. I received them after I was in a car crash with my vehicle. I called them to tell them I want to return the steps because I won’t need them anymore since my car was totaled in the crash. They replied that I don’t even have to worry about returning them. that they’ll refund me my money anyways. I received my refund without needing to return stuff.

This company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS! I purchased a Spectre air intake system for my truck and have contacted them twice about an issue that I am having but I get the run around! Spent a lot of money on this system that I can’t use!

Not really there fault. NO part store or online auto parts can get the parts right for a 1998 K1500 EXTENDED CAB. Ordered nurf bars said they fit this truck. They are 13" to long. Will not fit the K series. Maybe a suburban or the C series. But not the K98. But no parts place can get it right. Parts for 97 and older or 99 and up WILL NOT FIT. Nor will suburban parts fit the silverado...

Their order forms are very confusing. You choose a seat cover from a drop down list, but then your final order form shows a generic seat cover. You hope that they know what you ordered, because you don't actually see it on the final order. They sent me the wrong seat cover for the back seat and won't replace it. They say I was out of the 30-day return policy. It was their mistake and I don't want to return it -- I just want to replace the wrong cover for the correct one. Not a company I recommend and not a company I will ever do business with again.

Terrible service. I placed 2 sperate orders within short period, 1 for Husky mud flaps, the other for running boards. Mud flaps arrived missing hardware and directions, and flaps were not individually wrapped, as they would normally be. The running boards arrived missing certain hardware to complete job. Called company in both cases and was told this would get taken care of. After run around emails since notifying company, nothing has been addressed. No new hardware sent, no offer of return, and theyve even gone so far as to send emails staiting that the issues have been addressed. Do not recommend using this company. I still donot have hardware to complete either installation. Buyer beware.

I purchased some nerf bars in 2017. About three weeks ago the pads all crumbled. I was told the only way they could duplicate the same issue is by the way I stepped on them. The pads in the back have never been stepped on. My side I have never stepped on as I'm 6'5. They then told me that the heat caused them to rot. I live in Texas and there are thousands of trucks that are much older than mine and there is no issues? They said they could reduce the pads from 20 to 10 each. Reluctantly I decided to purchase today. Spent over an hour on the phone and was disconnected. Called back and sent another hour to be told there is no replacement? Was told I could order another pair of roll bars at a discounted price. Spent another 15 minutes on the to phone and was told a supervisor isn't available and they would contact me. Received an email stating I could purchase these roll bars and they are on sale to the public, would you like to order. I asked if the have received correspondence regarding the issues I have had. Received a reply that the case is closed!

Horrible horrible company if you can even call it a company. Went online to order running boards and mounting brackets for my 2015 f-150. First the wrong brackets come in a tattered damaged box. After several phone calls they send me a shipping sticker to send it back and claim will send the correct ones. *** wouldn't accept the original box since it was damaged so I had to pay $14.08 to repackage it. Sent it back and they claim the right one is being sent. Low and behold get it 3 days later and it is wrong again. At that point advised them I want to return everything I have had enough. Now I am fighting with a million phone calls to get refunded and they refuse to reimburse me for the $14.08 extra I had to pay for ***. Obviously very cheap and shrewd company that could care less about the customers. If they don't refund the full money asap I will be disputing my credit card. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This has been a nightmare.

RealTruck I didn't quite order what I thought I was getting the first go

I didn't quite order what I thought I was getting the first go. No problem, they arranged for an exchange. The 2nd go the person neglected to get the one for my truck. That's ok they made everything go as quick and painless as possible so I again could fix that. Even though it was a little frustrating, I was so impressed with their efforts to give amazing service, I had to still give 5 stars. They are a little slow on email response but fantastic if you just call.

This is legit. RealTruck sold me a custom tailgate Mat for my new 2022 Toyota Tacoma that I pre-ordered. My truck came in Late. The part was actually for the 2nd generation Tacoma, and did not fit. They are selling parts for new Tacomas on their site, and they will not fit. It was an error on their part. It still is incorrect on their site, my return was outside of their 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. Horrible service. I spent a long time on the phone with them also.

I purchased an under tailgate light bar from Real truck. It arrived to me in an open and damaged box, the light however appeared to be fine, so I installed it. After wiring (it plugged directly into my existing wiring harness, so there's no way to incorrectly install it) the light bar did not work correctly. I reached out to Real truck "support", they told me to contact the manufacturer. - I didn't but the light from the manufacturer - I'm sure the manufacturer sent it to you in a complete undamaged box I did reach out to the manufacturer at the phone number provided, of course they did not answer. I would not suggest purchasing through Real Truck as they don't accept responsibility for anything, this is obvious by simply reading the other reviews left here. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as product was not as described, I gave Real Truck more than one opportunity to correct the issue, but they have failed to do so.

I ordered a set of tail lights for a 4runner, before placing the order I verified with their team that they were in stock. They did not arrive by the estimated time so I inquired as to when they may be here. 4 tries later and they cancel my order 4 days before Christmas and say I can't get a refund for another week. Deceptive business practices. They delete negative reviews on the website so nobody can see the bad ones.

Ordered a bed cover specifically fit to my truck, and it would not work with it because of the bed rail lip not showing. I took it to my Honda dealer and the service manager there told me it was missing parts, (clamp rails), and that there was no way they were going to cut into the bed of a $40k truck to make this thing fit. Called RealTruck support (Billy R) late in the day, and he also stated that I was missing some parts and they would send them out first thing next morning. Next day I received an email from them stating the support ticket had been resolved, and that I had to call the manufacturer - Extang. So they were done with me. Was pretty slick how they pulled that off. First time I ever ordered from them and will be the last. Too bad because I just bought this truck and am planning to add other accessories to it - but not from these guys.

RealTruck False advertisement

I bought a fuel tank and it had a $100 rebate after I received the tank I did not receive the rebate form call them they said that there was no rebate anymore. Told them that when I bought the tank there was a rebate and I was told that they were going to send me the form which I never received. They said they would look into it close the case and said there is no rebate stay away from these people they lie and will steal your money.

RealTruck Real Truck doesn’t not honor their own warranty’

Real Truck does not stand behind their product. Got a new truck with a tonneau already on there in 2021. I never asked for it to be put on. Fast forward 2yrs, the tonneau is falling apart, to the point I can’t use it. I contacted customer service since the cover has a 3 yr warranty, they told me since I didn’t have a proof of purchase, they can only give me 50% off of a new cover. I explained that I didn’t have a receipt and it wasn’t listed on the bill of sale for the truck. I even sent the the bill of sale. Now, customer service rep Misael Llanes won’t even email me back.

RealTruck Stay Away!

I ordered a tonneaou cover after a week it finally showd up but the hardware was missing to be able to clamp the rails to the box of my pickup. I called to tell them about it they said they would overnight the missing parts then a day later they emaled saying they need serial number of the cover or they won't send the parts that are missing like the seiral number matters it's the same parts everyone gets when they order that cover. Now I have to tear it all back apart since I need to use my pickup tomorrow and can't use it without the cover clamped down to the box of my truck!

Recommendation: Stay away unless you want to go through hoops to get missing parts

RealTruck RealTruck's Poor Customer Service and Pricing Policy: A Disappointing Experience

So, I bought a pick-up bed cover from RealTruck yesterday. But, just five minutes after the purchase, I found the same product for a significantly lower price on another website. I was pretty upset and called RealTruck to cancel the order. I told them that I had found a better price and asked them to match it. They said they would try, but I told them not to ship the cover until they had determined if they could match the price. I also told them that I would decide if the final price was acceptable before they shipped the cover.

But, guess what? Two hours later, I still hadn't heard back from RealTruck. So, I had to call them myself. They told me what they were willing to do on the price, but it still wasn't as good as their competitor's price. I was pretty disappointed at this point and asked them to cancel the order. But, they told me that I would have to be connected to the shipping department. I spoke to a guy who wasn't very helpful and told me that it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been picked and shipped. But, that was nonsense because I checked my FedEx account and there was no tracking information yet. So, I knew that the package hadn't been shipped yet.

It felt like RealTruck just didn't want to cancel the order. They seemed to be trying to force me to accept their offer. I contacted the shipping department again and told them that I no longer wanted the cover. But, they told me that there was nothing they could do other than issue a prepaid return label and I could ship it back. I was pretty upset at this point and told them how dissatisfied I was with the treatment I received. I had specifically instructed customer service not to ship the cover until I had determined if the price offered was acceptable. But, shipping told me that they were not customer service and that they were not responsible for that.

I waited for two hours and still didn't receive the prepaid shipping label that was promised to return the shipment. So, I had to call them again and ask for it. Finally, they sent it to me immediately.

Inflation is a real problem these days and every dollar counts. Pricing is one of the most important considerations for consumers. But, I don't think RealTruck realized or cared about that. I was pretty disappointed with the way they handled my order and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

RealTruck False price advertising to lure people to their site

Looking for replacement springs, site priced at $141.36. Tried ordering, couldn't. Called, John said he didn't know why and would have to call me back the next day. NO call back. I called and spoke with another person who claimed they were $590. When told about the screen shot he said that didn't matter and they would not sell me the springs at that price. They falsely advertise products to lure people in then tell you something different on the phone and hang up when you call them out for it. STAY away from this company.

Recommendation: Definitely will never recommend this company

RealTruck BUYER BEWARE!! Real truck.com and Truxedo

DON'T BUY GATOR TONNEUA COVERS. (TRUXEDO) from REALTRUCK.COM

Let me be clear. Truxedo (Gator tonneau covers) are the manufacturers of this cover WHICH is sold to a 3rd party Realtruck.com. I bought the SR1 Gator cover (2nd truck I bought it for) and after it was delivered I had come to find it was missing the installation parts.

Well a few things here, if you buy from Realtruck.com and your missing parts they are not the manufacturers of the Gator cover so you then have to go thru the hassle of emailing Truxedo,they make the cover and gather a serial number off the part, find the invoice, and send it into Truxedo and they will then send the part to you "when they can."

Oh, and according to Kelly at Truxedo, they are seriously behind in taking care of the customers needs and getting me the parts that are missing.

SO, here I am stuck with a cover I can't even install that paid in full. The business Realtruck.com is deceptive in its business tactics marketing products they can't even warranty and the manufacturer (Truxedo are well aware of this.) Please save yourself the headache and buy another brand.

Recommendation: Don’t buy their products

RealTruck RealTruck.com Review: Helpful Employees and Unwillingness to Help Customers

RealTruck (realtruck.com) is an online store that sells truck accessories and parts. I recently placed an order on their website with Order #: 3344863 on June 23, 2021. I called in and was fortunate enough to speak to a sales representative named Robert Whitaker. My purpose for calling was to inform him that I am a reseller with a valid permit, and I can provide a resale certificate. I emailed him both my seller's permit and the certificate. He was quick to respond and advised me that he would charge my card right away and forward the certificate to someone else later to get the sales tax refunded. I did mention that my delivery address was different, but he charged me anyway and assured me that he would fix it later.

After receiving the order confirmation, I realized that the delivery address was wrong. It seemed that Robert Whitaker had forgotten to take down the correct shipping address. I immediately opened a service ticket (#2164692), and the rep Susan was super helpful. Susan helped me reroute my order to the correct address in a timely manner. However, there was still an issue with my resale certificate, so another ticket (#2165174) was opened, and Vernisha Parker was assigned to my case. Unfortunately, Vernisha Parker had no intention of helping me out. She believed that the address did not match the address on my seller’s permit and the billing address on the credit card I paid for the order with. She refused to help me and closed the ticket as ‘solved'.

My experience with the team at RealTruck was absolutely dreadful, except for Susan. Robert Whitaker seemed to have made a mistake when he charged my card without confirming the address, which made me look like I'm the one who made the mistake. Both Susan and Robert seemed to be trying to rectify the situation, but Vernisha's unwillingness to help and the laziness in her voice was concerning. I had a terrible experience, and I'm unhappy that I'm going to have to eat the $25 sales tax instead of getting it refunded.

In conclusion, realtruck.com has some helpful employees, but they also have employees who lack motivation and are unwilling to help customers. I'm concerned about this, and I'm unsure if I want to make any more purchases from RealTruck in the future. RealTruck RealTruck Review: Poor Customer Service, Delayed Shipping & Damaged Product

My experience with RealTruck was less than satisfactory. I ordered an UnderCover Elite Tonneau bed cover for my 2018 GMC pickup on April 29,2021 and was charged in full on that same day. The projected shipping date was supposed to be April 30, 2021, however, RealTruck later informed me through an email that the shipping date had been delayed to June 2,2021 thru June 7,2021.

To my dismay, on June 1, 2021, I received yet another email from RealTruck with a new projected shipping date of July 7,2021 thru July 12,2021, pushing my waiting time even further. Finally, I received a shipping confirmation email on June 16,2021 with no notification of the exact delivery date, which was totally unacceptable to me as a customer.

When my product finally arrived via Pilot Freight Company, the tonneau cover and the shipping box were heavily damaged. My employee tried to refuse the shipment, but the delivery driver forced him to accept the damaged product and file a report with RealTruck (which is not true according to standard practice).

I attempted to contact RealTruck through various means, such as email, chat line, and phone calls, to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, all my emails were marked as "NO REPLY," and the chat line never responded. When I called the company's customer service, I was put on hold for extended periods with no one attending to my calls.

Based on my experience, I concluded that RealTruck's business model is solely focused on sales rather than providing an excellent customer experience. Although the design and manufacturing quality of the tonneau cover were great, I would advise prospective customers to purchase from another vendor to avoid similar issues.

Looking at their reviews, it's obvious that they've had 80.1% positive reviews in recent months. However, I wouldn't be recommending them based on my experience.

The customer service response time is terrible, and when they do respond, it seems like they didn't even read my message. I spent over $1000 on a set of five wheels. Unfortunately, they delivered the wrong ones, and the packaging was damaged. I had already scheduled an appointment with a tire service to install the new tires and wheels on my car, and my appointment is booked for December 11th. As they are fully booked for months, I am on a tight schedule. I placed my first order on November 17th, but I was not home when they delivered it. So, as soon as I got home on November 22nd and realized they were incorrect, I emailed their customer service right away. However, I didn't receive any response, so I emailed them again on November 24th. Finally, on November 27th, I received a response, but it seemed like they didn't even read my original email or customer complaint. I replied with pictures of the wrong wheels and the damaged packaging, but I didn't receive any further response. So, on November 28th, I emailed them again, but still received no response. Frustrated with their slow response time, I decided to order the wheels again on December 2nd, spending another $1000+. Since I am on a tight schedule, I wanted them to arrive in time for my appointment. Finally, on December 3rd, I received a response, but the email essentially stated that they sent me the correct wheels and that I should double-check. However, upon checking again, I found that they were still incorrect, just like the first time. The product label on the outside of the box clearly indicated that they were not the ones I ordered. To make matters worse, the first order I placed, where they sent the wrong wheels, arrived within five days. So, when I ordered the wheels again on December 2nd, hoping for the correct ones this time, I had nine days until my tire appointment. I assumed they would arrive in time. However, yesterday I received an email stating that the estimated shipping time is between December 23rd and 28th. This is way too late. I still haven't received a response to my reply to yesterday's email. I have never experienced such poor customer service when it comes to a mistake made by the company. I have even tried calling the company multiple times. I check their call times and call when it says they are "open," but every time I call, the automated voice recording says that the customer service department is closed, despite their website stating otherwise. Now, I have spent over $2000 on wheels, the company believes they sent me the correct ones, and my wheels will not arrive in time for my appointment. As a result, I will have to spend even more money to have the new tires installed and then book another appointment to have the rims put on, which will cost me additional money since I cannot do it simultaneously. My first order placed on November 17th had the order number #XXXXXXX, and my second order placed on December 2nd had the order number #XXXXXXX. The email I used for both orders was ***@gmail.com, and the customer service representative's name was Branden Loncar.

I placed an order via telephone. I paid via a bank debit card. The funds ($95) were taken immediately. I was sent a product tracking number. Delivery was supposed to be 12/3/22. I did not go into my job to insure product receipt. At 2:00pm, 12/3 I again checked tracking & was informed that it was DELAYED in ***. I contacted Real Truck & after several emails was told it may be delivered SOMETIME Sunday, 12/4. Real Truck has NO TROUBLE TAKING THE MONEY. NO CONCERN REF PRODUCT RECEIPT BY CUSTOMER.

Regarding order #***. I purchased a set of custom made seat covers in Aug of 2022. When I received them, there was a problem with the rear seat covers and the cover for the console (straps were broken or missing). I returned them as requested to have them repaired/replaced. I received the replacements the middle of October. When the replacement seat covers were installed, we saw one of the seams was coming apart with a 1 1/2 - 2 inch gap in it. These seat covers were never even sat on and this was the second issue already encountered. Being very concerned about the quality of these seat covers and the continuing issues I was experiencing (especially with them not even being used yet) I contacted customer service requesting a refund. I received a response denying my request for a refund saying I was outside the 30 day return period. Based on the the primary reason for being past the 30 day return period was due to having to send the original covers in to be repaired/replaced, I resubmitted my request for a refund. I received another denial, this time from a supervisor, stating I was outside the 30 day return time period. I find it very hard to believe that a reputable company would deny a request for a refund based on the issues I've had with the product they sold me since it had to be repaired/replaced upon receiving it originally and now the repaired/replaced covers need repaired/replaced, again without ever being used! Yes, I was outside the 30 return period, but it was due to waiting for it to be replaced. Now that they've been received and installed, there's a new issue with the seam pulling apart. I'm very concerned about the quality of these seat covers and the future problems that will develop.

I had placed an order for a "Gator" brand tonneau cover (which appears to be a store brand sold only by them and affiliates), which worked perfectly fine for a week then suddenly flew off the truck at highway speeds. Despite their refund policy stating that they will themselves handle warranty claims within 30 days, they gave me the run around and sent me to the manufacturer, who was not helpful and sent me back to the merchant who was similarly clueless about the problem being presented.

I received the brackets only so far. Apparently they shipped out the sidestep separately, that's fine. When I opened the box it looked like someone grabbed a handful of nuts and bolts and threw it in the box. I hope they are all there. Very unprofessional. They lost my business.

On September 10th, I contacted realtruck.com to inquire about their Cat-Back exhaust systems. I wanted to know if they had mild, moderate, or extreme kits available. My preference was for a mild to moderate kit, not an extreme one. The sales representative informed me that all the MBRP kits were the same in terms of quality and appearance, with only the metal used being different. I specifically asked about resonance issues, as I did not want a kit that would produce resonance. The representative assured me that there would be no noticeable difference, only a louder tone. Based on this information, I placed an order for kit Part #: ***, which cost $665.99 on my *** credit card. The kit arrived a few days later, and after installing it on my 2020 Ram, I was disappointed to hear how loud it was. However, the loud idle was not the main issue. The problem was the unbearable resonance, which made my daughter cover her ears and gave me a feeling of being underwater with pressure. The next day, I uninstalled the kit and immediately contacted realtruck.com to initiate a return, as they advertise a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. I also noticed that their website did not mention anything about the kit being aggressive, and the sales representative had assured me it was a mild upgrade. Initially, everything seemed fine, and they informed me that it would take a few days to process the return. However, as time went on, I had to call them multiple times, and each time the support staff became increasingly unhelpful. Emails were also unproductive, with either no response or generic replies. After nearly three weeks, the manufacturer finally contacted me and explained that realtruck.com had sold me their race series, which is the most extreme kit they offer. They confirmed that this kit is extremely loud and produces an obnoxious amount of resonance and drone. Unfortunately, they do not accept returns for installed kits. However, since realtruck.com did not mention anything about a return policy and their sales representative misinformed me, I believe they should be responsible for refunding me. When I called realtruck.com the next day, they claimed they had not heard from the manufacturer and asked me to wait. This was another generic response, and I felt they were trying to avoid taking responsibility. In an attempt to find a solution, I contacted my credit card company, who said they would investigate the matter. A few days later, I received an email from Michele M. at realtruck.com, stating that they had spoken to MBRP, who confirmed that once the exhaust is installed and fired, it cannot be returned. They also mentioned that what is considered aggressive is subjective to each person. Therefore, they would not accept the return based on my reason. This response felt like another way for them to avoid taking responsibility. Their people lied and misinformed consumers, and if I had been given accurate information, I would not have ordered that kit. I had previously ordered a MagnaFlow direct fit muffler, which was as described - mild with no resonance. This response from realtruck.com is a disappointing way for them to avoid admitting their mistake. Their website clearly states a satisfaction guarantee and promises to make things right if there are any issues with fit or finish.

I purchased a Stampede Bug Guard for my 2019 Chevy Silverado. The first one came and was broken in half. contacted RealTrucks and got a replacement. It also had some damage, was missing mounting hardware and did not even fit my truck I called again and let them know that I wanted to return this one and get a refund. I was told someone would reach out in 3 - 5 days. 8 days later I get an email saying that they need the part number. Should they already have the part number since it was purchased from RealTrucks to begin with? I still have received no shipping information, they are deliberately dragging their heals and delaying the refund until the return policy is over and I cannot get a refund. They take your money in seconds, it takes months for them to get it back to you. This is how they treat senior citizens and veterans? Really

I ordered a set of tail lights in july, received them in a few days (july 7th). Upon taking them out of the box they were damaged so I sent for a refund. Waited almost 2 months for any sort of response. So I started a dispute with affirm to try and get help. Finally after numerous attempts to contact I got a generic response stating I needed to take pictures of the damage, which I did and sent it right away. Waited almost another month to finally get the green light to return them. I got a email from them saying a refund was issued, affirm never received anything. Now it's November and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've tried contacting them numerous times, numerous ways. Also tried to contact affirm numerous times. I'm ignored every time. The load is past due because Im quite frankly not paying for something I don't even have. I want a refund!

Just Purchased a set of wheels for my pickup truck The listing had a discount for more than $200. Was 540 for all 4. 3 days later I received an email saying that they could not fulfill the purchase and that The listings were on backorder. After looking on their website they had changed the discount from $200 to only $50 and the listing is still up whit Nothing that says they're on backorder. I purchased an Extang Trifecta 2.0 cover 10/16/2022. Spoke to them 10/19/2022 because I did not receive the correct parts for my 2021 Honda Ridgeline. They indicated they would send the parts. Received half of what I needed. Spoke to them again 10/20/2022. They indicated that I would receive the parts. They have since sent me 11 emails asking for the same information. I'm not going to continue giving them the same information without getting a valid answer as to when I will get what I need. I am attaching the serial number of the parts as well as the confirmation of mu purchase.

I am dissatisfied with the resolution of the issues I had with obtaining a properly fitting and functioning tonneau cover. I initially purchased my first cover from a company on October 14, 2019, as the first cover I ordered had manufacturer's defects. I received the cover on October 17, 2019, but was unable to install it until October 19, 2019, due to my work schedule. Upon installation, I noticed that the side seals along the bed rail sides were warped. I left it on and did not contact anyone until January 6, 2020, as I thought the warping was due to it being folded up in the box for a long time and the cold weather. However, the seals remained warped, even after parking the cover in a heated garage every night. I reported the issue to the company on January 6, 2020. They spoke with the manufacturer and instructed me to destroy the cover, send pictures, and they would provide a warranty replacement. I followed their instructions and received the replacement on January 21, 2020. I informed them that I would not be able to install it until January 24, 2020, due to my work schedule. The salesperson assured me that it was fine and asked me to let her know if there were any issues after installation. I contacted the company again and informed them that the side seals were still warped and that the cover was leaking in places where the first cover did not. On January 28, 2020, the company informed me that they had spoken with the manufacturer and were told that the seals would settle down. They also mentioned sending me a seal kit to address the leaking. I expressed my confusion as to why they were sending a seal kit for the tailgate, as the issue was with the side seals. On January 29, 2020, I informed both the company and the manufacturer that I was not satisfied with the outcome and requested either a refund or a different model of cover. The technical support from the company requested that I take and send some pictures, which I did. However, the technical person did not respond to me, even after my repeated attempts to contact them. It was difficult to reach someone at the company, but I eventually managed to speak to someone after multiple calls. After speaking with a new technical support representative, I received pictures back with markings indicating that I needed to shim the cover in various places and that I would have to cut away my bed liner between the bed caps and the truck bed. I was never informed of the possibility of having to do any of this when I purchased the cover based on the salesman's recommendation. The manual did mention the possibility of trimming the tailgate portion and the bulkhead, but nothing about shimming or cutting the cover where they told me to. Considering the nearly $1,000.00 I spent on the cover, it should not leak as badly as it does, and I should not have to shim or cut it as instructed. Additionally, the cover was supposed to be specifically made for my vehicle. I do not understand why the second cover leaks worse than the first one and in different places. I contacted the company once again to express my dissatisfaction. After some time, I received a response informing me that they could not issue a refund or exchange due to the age of the initial order on October 17, 2019. However, I did not receive the replacement/warranty cover until January 21, 2020. They only offered to send me shims. Their customer service is extremely poor, and there is a significant delay in receiving a response from them. It is unacceptable to have to keep calling a company, especially when they promise to contact you.

I ordered a set of running boards for my 2022 dodge ram truck, they were around $400 after taxes, when the package arrived at my address there were parts missing, all of the hardware to bolt everything in place was missing, I then contacted realtruck approximately 15 times over the last month in a half with the company saying they would take care of the problem, nothing has been done or nothing has been sent, no email no parts not anything, I called last Monday( September 19th) and talked to a supervisor, I ask the supervisor for a return shipping label and the supervisor said he would send it to me personally and that I would receive a email the next day, that was a week ago, still nothing, I tried contacting a supervisor today( September 26) and they just left me on hold for 15 minutes, all I want is my money back and a return shipping label to return the running boards they sent without all the parts.

I ordered a set of nerf bars for my 2021 F250 super duty truck for $963 on 8\27. I also ordered vent visors for it as well. Both items that I received were a different truck. The customer service person I spoke with took quick care of the visors and was supposed to have a manager contact me for the return of the bars. To this date I have only been given the run around and no contact from anyone other than a generic email. I boxed up the wrong bars in the original box awaiting that call. I would like the correct bars for my truck sent. I'll gladly meet the return delivery person to get the wrong ones loaded etc. They got my $ and now want nothing to do with me. I've called several times and still no resolution.

On 9/3/2022 I ordered 2 rims 24x12.50 from RealTruck.com to replace two damaged rims on my truck. I never received any confirmation but my wife's credit card was charged. Around 9/9/2022 I received two rims, the corrects rim style and brand but sized 20x10. I immediately contacted the company about a return due to receiving the wrong size. The rims have never been taking out of the box and one box is open because the company asked for a picture of the item. They have gave me the run around about a return since then. To the point they do not even return my messages with inquiries about the return.

Made an order from them and called then canceled the order 1 hour later the person said it handled but that was a lie they charged my credit card and sent the order that i canceled so i am still trying to return the items that i canceled and get my money back they keep screwing up its terrible

RealTruck Westin hdx steps

I ordered a set of steps from them that were $1080 shipped, there was a rebate. The rebate was only good for 30 days from original purchase and required the label off the box to mail in. Well weeks go buy and I called numerous times with no timeframe when my steps will ship. Months go by still no steps. Almost 3 months go by before I ever get the steps. So I lost the rebate because they didn't ship my steps out in a timely manner. The staff seemed ok but couldn't really help and they would open a request ticket and it would close the next day for no reason.

Desired outcome: Refund of the price of the rebate

Purchased side steps for over $1000 and they took almost 3 months to ship, there was a rebate I lost because of this, the rebate was only good for 30 days from purchase and required the sticker off the box.

RealTruck Poor Quality Tonneau Cover and Disappointing Customer Service from RealTruck

I recently made a purchase from RealTruck for my 2022 Chevy Colorado pickup. I ordered a bed matt and a tonneau cover, and was asked to contact their sales department to ensure that the products would fit my truck perfectly. While the bed matt was cut a little short on both the front and rear ends, I decided to overlook this and not make a fuss about it.

However, the tonneau cover was a different story. Despite looking nice when I installed it using the 4 clamps provided, it was poorly constructed and flapped around in the wind while I was driving. I removed the cover in perfect condition just two hours after installing it, and reboxed it in its original packaging. I then contacted RealTruck to request a return authorization for the tonneau cover, with the intention of buying a better quality one instead.

RealTruck's website claims that they want their customers to be 100% satisfied, and that they'll make things right if there are any issues. However, I was disappointed to receive an immediate response from them denying my return request on the grounds that the cover had been installed. How else was I supposed to know that it would flap around in the wind? The cover was brand new and there were no modifications or indications of installation at all. I feel that RealTruck misrepresented their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I am very disappointed in both their product and their attitude.

Overall, I would not recommend RealTruck and I will not be doing business with them again. I am giving them one star only because there are no options for zero or negative stars.

RealTruck RealTruck Review: Competitive Pricing, But Manage Expectations Better

I recently made a purchase from RealTruck and wanted to share my experience. I placed my order and paid on a Thursday with just over two hours remaining in the "RapidShip" ships today timer. I was happy to receive an instant alert that my payment had been processed on my credit card. However, the next morning, I noticed that my item had not yet shipped and there was a second order for the same product but for a different truck. I decided to reach out to chat support to inquire about the status of my order.

The chat support representative was helpful and cancelled the mystery order/invoice for me. However, they informed me that my payment for the real order was made too late, which was contrary to the expectation set by the website. I was disappointed to learn that my item would not be shipped on time. It ended up shipping late on Friday. Once it shipped, RealTruck put an expected delivery date of Saturday, but FedEx showed an expected delivery date of Sunday as they only had a label and not the item. The notification that FedEx received the item also notified me that it was delayed to Monday, and yes, they do Sunday delivery here.

If my item had shipped when it was originally supposed to, I should have received it on Saturday according to the FedEx standard timeframe. This would have given me time to install it over the weekend. My issue is less with the actual timeframe for delivery and more with the way that RealTruck advertises and sets expectations. It is much better to under promise and over deliver than over promise and under deliver. I believe that they should advertise the realistic scenario instead of pushing the best possible case scenario. While I understand that FedEx is also playing with expected delivery dates, RealTruck is their customer, so they need to expect better out of the product they are paying for.

Despite the delay, I must say that the price at RealTruck was good. Overall, I would recommend RealTruck for their competitive pricing, but I would advise them to manage their customer's expectations better.

RealTruck RealTruck.com Review: Helpful Employees and Unwillingness to Help Customers

RealTruck (realtruck.com) is an online store that sells truck accessories and parts. I recently placed an order on their website with Order #: 3344863 on June 23, 2021. I called in and was fortunate enough to speak to a sales representative named Robert Whitaker. My purpose for calling was to inform him that I am a reseller with a valid permit, and I can provide a resale certificate. I emailed him both my seller's permit and the certificate. He was quick to respond and advised me that he would charge my card right away and forward the certificate to someone else later to get the sales tax refunded. I did mention that my delivery address was different, but he charged me anyway and assured me that he would fix it later.

After receiving the order confirmation, I realized that the delivery address was wrong. It seemed that Robert Whitaker had forgotten to take down the correct shipping address. I immediately opened a service ticket (#2164692), and the rep Susan was super helpful. Susan helped me reroute my order to the correct address in a timely manner. However, there was still an issue with my resale certificate, so another ticket (#2165174) was opened, and Vernisha Parker was assigned to my case. Unfortunately, Vernisha Parker had no intention of helping me out. She believed that the address did not match the address on my seller’s permit and the billing address on the credit card I paid for the order with. My experience with the team at RealTruck was absolutely dreadful, except for Susan. Robert Whitaker seemed to have made a mistake when he charged my card without confirming the address, which made me look like I'm the one who made the mistake. Both Susan and Robert seemed to be trying to rectify the situation, but Vernisha's unwillingness to help and the laziness in her voice was concerning. I had a terrible experience, and I'm unhappy that I'm going to have to eat the $25 sales tax instead of getting it refunded.

In conclusion, realtruck.com has some helpful employees, but they also have employees who lack motivation and are unwilling to help customers. I'm concerned about this, and I'm unsure if I want to make any more purchases from RealTruck in the future. I will share my experience with others in the industry to warn them about the potential issues they may encounter when ordering from RealTruck.

RealTruck Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Frustrating Experience with RealTruck Tonneau Covers

As a truck owner, I was excited to hear about RealTruck and their selection of tonneau covers. In March 2021, I finally decided to make a purchase after seeing a cover in stock that fit my needs. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience. After waiting a week, I received an email stating that my order would be delayed by 2-3 weeks. I thought about waiting, but after the promised date passed with no updates, I cancelled my order and received a refund.

Despite feeling discouraged, I decided to give them another shot in May 2021 with a new order for a tonneau cover. Again, the product showed as in stock on their website, but just two days after placing the order, I got an email saying it was delayed by 2-3 weeks. At this point, I was incredibly frustrated. Why was their website not up to date on their inventory? And why was it taking so long for them to fulfill my order? After calling customer service to cancel my order and get a refund, I had to wait even longer for the money to be returned to my account.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in RealTruck. Their business practices feel shady and untrustworthy. It seems like they're quick to take your money and charge your card, but don't follow through on their promises of having products in stock. RealTruck Avoid RealTruck.com for Aftermarket Parts - Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a bed liner for my 2016 Ram 1500 from RealTruck.com, and unfortunately, my overall experience was not a positive one. Firstly, it took an extended amount of time for the product to arrive, which I can tolerate to some extent. When it did finally arrive, it had several noticeable brown scratches and stains on it, which was highly disappointing.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to address this issue with RealTruck's customer service team, I was met with a frustrating and unhelpful response. On four separate occasions, I reached out to them via support tickets, only to receive the same impersonal, standard response each time. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, which I did, and each time they responded saying the issue was "solved," when it definitely was not. This kind of canned response was unacceptable, honestly.

After five frustrating interactions with their customer support team, with no clear resolution and no progress made, I felt completely fed up with the situation. RealTruck.com's lackluster customer service and inability to handle my issue decisively left me feeling agitated and dissatisfied.

On the flip side, I have to say that I've had a much better experience with AmericanTruck.com, where you can expect dedicated customer support that is helpful, attentive, and actually takes care of your issue on the spot. While I'm stuck with a damaged bed liner from RealTruck.com, my advice to all truck owners looking for a good online retailer for aftermarket parts is to consider alternatives to RealTruck.com. Hopefully, sharing my negative experience will save someone else from the same frustrations I encountered.

RealTruck RealTruck Review: Poor Customer Service & Failed Delivery Promise

When it comes to online shopping, we all look for prompt delivery and exceptional customer service. This was no exception with my recent experience with RealTruck (realtruck.com). I was in a rush to get my Tonneau cover delivered by Friday and after exploring my options, I decided to give RealTruck a shot. I gave them a call on Wednesday and to my excitement, the associate informed me that the cover could be delivered by Friday with Fedex 2 day air with AM delivery for $230! She even went the extra mile to offer a discount to help offset some of the expense which made my experience a lot more pleasant.

Sadly, that's not where my experience ended on a positive note. The next day, I received a shipping notification that the cover wouldn't be delivered until Monday, which was very disappointing. I immediately called RealTruck and spoke to an associate, who after investigating, informed me that the label had been generated but the cover hadn't shipped yet. I requested that they try to next-day the cover as they hadn't shipped it yet and promised to call me back in three hours. Unfortunately, no one got back to me, and I received an email notification that my ticket was closed and that the issue had been resolved. I found this disappointing because I was expecting them to call back with a resolution or a quote for next-day shipping.

As one would expect, their blatant disregard for customer service and lack of urgency in solving my problem delayed my departure for a business trip. I still haven't received the cover yet, which is quite frustrating. I communicated my urgency to all 3 associates who I spoke with and when I explained the situation on the phone, I emphasized that I needed the cover on Friday and paid for that delivery date.

To say the least, I am disappointed with their service and would not be considering ordering from them again. While issues out of their control may occur, their lack of follow-up and communication has certainly tarnished my experience with RealTruck. If the situation is not resolved promptly or I do not receive a refund of my shipping fee, I would be forced to share a negative review of my experience across multiple platforms.

RealTruck RealTruck Review: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support for Running Board Purchase

Recently, I ordered some running boards for my truck from RealTruck. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the company only sent me the brackets for the running boards and did not include the running boards themselves. After a few days, I reached out to RealTruck to inquire about the status of my order, only to be informed that they had canceled it. I was surprised and disappointed to hear this, especially since I was not notified of the cancellation and had already received half of my order.

I was promised a refund for my canceled order, but it took over two and a half weeks for me to receive some of my money back. To make matters worse, when I contacted RealTruck to inquire about the missing funds, they tried to shift the responsibility onto me, citing multiple part numbers in my order when I could only see one on my proof of purchase. It was a frustrating and stressful experience, and it seemed like the company was unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake.

I've also included pictures of my conversations with RealTruck below, as well as images of how the running board brackets were delivered. All in all, I cannot recommend doing business with RealTruck. My experience with the company has been a thoroughly negative one, and I would caution anyone who is considering working with them to look elsewhere. There are many other companies out there that offer a better and more reliable service.

RealTruck Realtruck.com Review: Poor Customer Service, Delayed Order, and High Price. Would Not Recommend

I recently had a negative experience with realtruck.com and unfortunately would not recommend their services to anyone. I initially placed an order for running boards on August 12th and was charged the very next day. Initially, I received an email confirming that my order would be delivered by late August, which didn't seem unreasonable. However, just a week later, I received another email indicating that my order would not arrive until September 12th. At this point, I was starting to feel a bit frustrated and concerned about the status of my order.

On September 8th, I decided to reach out to the company to inquire about tracking details since my order was still listed as "pending". I had attempted to use the live chat feature multiple times before with no luck, so I ended up calling their customer support line. Unfortunately, I was stuck on hold for over 45 minutes before finally getting to speak with a representative. Unfortunately, I did not receive any concrete information regarding the whereabouts of my order and was once again told that someone would contact me shortly. I never received a call back.

Fast forward to today and my order still hasn't arrived. It is now September 18th and I have decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I will update this review once I receive confirmation that my money has been returned to my account. To make matters worse, I discovered that I could order the exact same running boards directly from the manufacturer for only .01 cents more than realtruck.com was charging. Not only that, but the manufacturer website offered free shipping and guaranteed delivery within five days. Needless to say, I will not be using realtruck.com again and would caution others to avoid them as well.

All in all, my experience with realtruck.com was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service was lacking and I was repeatedly given the run-around when attempting to get information about my order. If you're in the market for any type of automotive accessory, I would highly recommend going directly to the manufacturer to avoid the headaches that can come with dealing with third-party resellers like realtruck.com.

RealTruck RealTruck Customer Service: Poor Communication and Delayed Order for Urgent Tonneau Cover

RealTruck, an online retailer for truck accessories, recently faced disappointment from a customer who urgently needed a tonneau cover delivered to them before a remote job on the 15th of September. The customer had specifically requested for the item to be delivered by the 14th and was assured by a sales agent that the cover would be shipped on the day of the purchase, i.e. September 10. However, the customer never received a tracking number email and was unable to obtain any information via phone or online chat. They were even kept on hold for an hour and more, which must have been very frustrating.

Upon contacting customer support again, they were informed that the order was still pending fulfillment by the manufacturer and no guarantees could be made concerning shipping or delivery. The customer even requested expedited overnight shipping but was met with little assurance. Ultimately, the customer was forced to cancel the order and purchase a cover from a local dealer instead.

The customer stated that they had been quite clear to the sales agent that the item was needed urgently and was disappointed that the agent had not informed them that the order wouldn't ship on the day of purchase. A lack of transparency may have played a significant role in this situation.

While it is understandable that the retailer may have been unable to expedite the situation, a lack of communication is never acceptable when a customer is counting on a timely delivery for an important event. It is crucial for sales agents to communicate clearly and truthfully with their customers, so as to avoid unnecessary miscommunication and frustration.

I recently purchased a set of step/nerf bars for my Ford truck from RealTruck.com, after comparing prices and shipping times with other vendors. Despite a slightly cheaper price and promised free shipping, my experience with RealTruck.com was less than satisfactory. I placed my order on Sunday the 6th of June, and immediately noticed that the order was listed as pending fulfillment with no order number available on my account. After a week of waiting with no shipping info available, I tried using the online chat function with their customer service, which I believe to be a robot or software. Obtaining no helpful information, I called their customer service line and was informed that my order would take 10 to 20 business days to fulfill - a long time to wait compared to other vendors. I had to lose my temper just to obtain an order number.

Over the course of the next few days, I made repeated attempts to contact RealTruck.com via online chat and email, to no avail. I finally spoke to an agent and requested that my order be cancelled, and was told that this process could take 1-3 business days to approve before a refund could be issued. Despite all of this, I still had no idea when my order would be shipped.

As I was on the phone with my bank to report RealTruck.com for fraud, I received an email notification stating that my shipment had been delivered to my door by Fedex. I was incredulous - I had yet to even return home to inspect the bars. While I was prepared for the worst, I was relieved find that they were intact and as expected.

Overall, my experience with RealTruck.com was not a positive one. The website boasts free shipping and fast processing times, but in reality, it was slow and uncommunicative. Customer service seemed almost non-existent, and I found myself having to resort to angry outbursts just to obtain basic information about my order. I would think twice before using their services again.

RealTruck RealTruck Review: Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Exchange Issue

RealTruck has a wide variety of accessories available for purchase through their website. Unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. On September 25th, I ordered a set of vent shades from their website. Initially, I was pleased with how quickly RealTruck sent out my order. However, when I received the vent shades, I discovered that they were for a completely different vehicle.

I promptly contacted customer service to request an exchange. The young lady who assisted me was polite and took all the necessary information to process the exchange. She advised me that someone from the company would be sending an email shortly with instructions on how to proceed. Unfortunately, after several days passed, I had yet to receive any correspondence from RealTruck. I decided to reach out to customer service once again.

During this phone call, the customer service representative suggested that I take a photo of the incorrect vent shades and send it to her. She explained that I should then destroy the defective item and take a picture of the destroyed product as proof. I followed her instructions and promptly sent her the photos she requested. Unfortunately, even after several attempts to get in touch with her, I was unable to confirm that she had received the photos.

I continued to call and email RealTruck several times, but I have yet to receive a response. Even when speaking with other representatives, nobody seemed to be able to help me with my exchange. It has been months since my initial purchase, and I am still waiting for the correct set of vent shades or a refund. I am disappointed by this experience, and I hope that RealTruck takes steps to improve their customer service communication in the future.

I recently had a disappointing experience with RealTruck (realtruck.com) when I attempted to make a purchase through their online store. In September of 2020, I ordered a truck bed cover but quickly realized that I had made a mistake and needed to select a different cover. I reached out to customer service and was pleased to receive courteous assistance from a friendly representative who helped me switch my order to the correct item.

Unfortunately, my second order never arrived and after waiting several weeks for delivery, I decided to cancel the order. Though I had cancelled the order, I was later surprised to discover two charges from RealTruck on my credit card statement totaling $639. One of these charges for $333 had been refunded, but the second charge for $306 had not.

Determined to rectify the situation, I contacted RealTruck customer service on January 14th, 2021 to inquire about the missing refund. The representative, a woman named Shirley, initially suggested that I had already received a refund for both charges. When I explained that I was still missing a refund for the $306 charge, she claimed that the order had not been cancelled and had actually been delivered by FedEx on September 10th, 2020.

This was a completely false claim, as I had specifically cancelled the order and had never received any delivery notifications or tracking information from FedEx. Despite my protests, Shirley insisted that it was too late to dispute the delivery with FedEx and that the company did not refund for items that had been successfully delivered.

As a customer, I found this interaction to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the mistake made by their company, RealTruck seemed to be stalling and avoiding taking responsibility for the missing refund. I was left feeling as though the company had intentionally deceived me and taken my money without providing the product I had ordered.

Overall, I would advise potential customers to be wary when dealing with RealTruck, as my experience suggests that their customer service practices may be unreliable and potentially even unethical. RealTruck Disappointing experience with RealTruck: Defective product and poor customer service

I recently had a disappointing experience with RealTruck.com that I'd like to share. I ordered a Black Horse Classic Black Grille Guard for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma at a significant cost of around $400. Despite having several updated delivery dates, the item was eventually shipped in the dead of winter. Once the weather became favorable, I followed the manufacturer's instructions to install the grille guard. To my dismay, the metal developed a rupture in only a matter of days (you can see the attached photo for reference).

I reached out to RealTruck's customer service to request a refund or replacement. However, they informed me that I needed to contact Black Horse instead. Black Horse's staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional when I tried to reach out to them. They kept passing the buck back to RealTruck even though I uploaded the photos many times. According to Black Horse, the damage was due to shipping, but they eventually shifted the blame to me, accusing me of hitting something. Which was untrue from my side.

On the other hand, RealTruck's upper management informed me that the warranty period had expired, so they were unable to help me. I found this response deeply unsatisfactory, as I had only just installed the product and it was clearly defective. After a month of stressful back-and-forth between the two companies, I have been left without a satisfactory resolution. I'm stuck with a defective product that neither Real Truck nor Black Horse is prepared to replace or refund.

Overall, my experience with RealTruck was incredibly disappointing. Once they have your money, they seem to care little about customer satisfaction or providing excellent customer service. I would not recommend RealTruck to anyone, especially considering the wealth of superior competitors available who place much greater emphasis on the customer's needs. In the future, I will be sourcing my truck accessories from other providers.
