Like many I first checked well known online sellers of many products. Their descriptions and instructions left me a bit confused. Admittedly I'm not the most tech savvy person. The video explanation on your website was so valuable that I didn't need to go any further. But based on previous searches your price was as good or better than others I saw. The difference is I care that a company cares and stands behind their product. You've got a new customer, this is my 7th or 8th wrangler over the years. And at 66 yr old, not my last. So I am thrilled to have 'found' you. Thank you.

The most challenging part of the installation was sorting through all the parts and hardware (majority in one bag).

The parts list could be made more clear.

The instructions are OK but definitely take your time.

One or two spots where the fab was bad but what are you going to do.

I do not understand the plastic knobs. They would make more sense if you could slide cross rails but ya can't. Hope they will hold up with time.

Getting the front roof panels off doesn't look tricky, but taking the full hardtop back piece off would be tough without a friend who can navigate around the rack ll.

I was forced to spend a total of two hours on hold and waited 12 days for my order, only to discover that my part had not even left town.

However, I was unable to receive my money back until they conducted a tracer. This meant that I was out of pocket by $259.00 and had only one day remaining to find my parts and get my vehicle fixed before my vacation trip. When I ordered a hood from Quadratec, it took a few days for it to actually ship out. However, their customer service representative quickly took care of the issue when I called to inquire about the delay. Once the hood was shipped, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was packaged. It arrived on a pallet inside a giant box, with the hood packaged in a separate box within the larger one. This extra care taken by Quadratec and their shipping partner, R and L, ensured that the hood arrived in perfect condition. If only all shippers were this meticulous!

Their packing is impeccable - I've ordered bumpers, skid plates, and rock sliders, and they have all arrived wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and foam for maximum protection during transit. The clean, quality welds of the rock sliders were immediately apparent upon their arrival, and I was able to install them in just 30 minutes with the help of a jack stand to support one end.

I was pleased to see that the finish of these rock sliders was similar to the original Rubicon stock sliders, which provided a seamless look to my Jeep. They mount very solidly to the frame, and though I've read some comments about them needing shims due to rattling, I had no such issues. The slight difference of only about 1/16 to 1/8 inches between the stock sliders and these rock sliders made for a seamless transition, and I was thrilled with the final product.

What really won me over was the fact that these rock sliders serve not only as an added level of protection for my Jeep's sides but also as a convenient step - without looking like a bulky bottle opener hanging down like some other options on the market. When I initially went to quadratec.com to order a brown leather keychain, I received an email shortly after saying that it was out of stock. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but hoped that customer service would be able to help me out. Unfortunately, when I reached out to them to see if I could change my order to a black leather keychain instead, I was informed that this could not be done.

With no other options, I had to place a completely new order for the black leather keychain, which resulted in my having to pay an additional $4.99 plus $0.30 sales tax. Though I was pleased to find that this item was in stock, I must admit that I was rather frustrated with the experience as a whole. It seemed like it wouldn't be hard to make a simple switch from one item to another, but apparently it was an impossibility.

At the end of the day, I did receive the black leather keychain that I had wanted, so I suppose that was a small consolation. When the package arrived with the receiver, the wiring harness was loosely packed and its connectors were badly smashed and unusable. I was frustrated and upset about this as I had been eagerly waiting for its arrival.
