VitalChek Network review: Garbage customer care and order never received!!!

Garbage company, useless Customer care, and no tracking! Never received my document!

Garbage company.

Spoke to Andrew in customer service and every email exchange is a hostile and passive aggressive exchange between a grumpy “I half [censored] my job because I hate it” between us. I have asked him about the whereabouts of my birth certificate that is past the processing time and he continues to not give me a sweet as explains how to count numbers to me. After I told him what date I have and how I’ve excluded weekends he continues to belittle and berate me. Why would I person like this be allowed to communicate with people concerning their VITAL records! Unfortunately I didn’t find out about this companies bad reviews until after my purchase. Check other sites they have a 1.78 rating on BBB and a 2.15 on other sites. People seem to not be receiving their records after months of an inquiry. They don’t have a tracking number and they have no refund policy that works in your aid. Better off disputing with your bank. 1hour wait times when you call the number they are backed up and no one is there to help you or investigate the whereabouts of your records or issues.

So glad the US government commissioned a 1.78 star company to handle something as important as US citizens VITAL RECORDS!
