I had an eye exam on September 19, 2025 for new contacts. They were to order two different trial pairs and would be available for pick up in 2 weeks, which would be October 3, 2025. On October 7, 2025 I called to check on the trial contacts and was told someone would call me back that day or the next. I received no call back so I called again on October 9, 2025. I was told at that time that due to the strength of the contacts there would be a delay which was emailed to the store; however, no one seemed to have seen this email and that they would be in approximately October 17, 2025. I again received no call so I called on October 20, 2025. My call got AI sent to customer service and they could not tell me anything and would transfer me to the store, the store did not answer so they would send them a note to call me. I received no call back again. I called again on October 21, 2025, got AI routed to customer service and again tried transferring me to the store, another no answer and would send another note to have them call me. I look all over on the website and cannot find where I can actually talk to anyone because AI phone does not send me to the store who is the only one that can tell me about trials. I am beyond frustrated and very dissatisfied with the customer service and support of this company and store. When I was in for my appointment and the optician checking me out was not fully engaged and I do not believe that the trials were ever initially ordered, but I cannot seem to actually speak to a person because no one will call me back.
Recommendation: I cannot recommend at this time.
