The girl that took me into the back to do my initial exam was rude , condescending , and down right unprofessional. She asked me a question and stared at me when I answered . She kept repeating herself when I asked a question , never answering my question . Also she did NOT explain any signatures when asking me to sign resulting in me almost signing to decline having my eyes dilated . As I’m paying out of pocket any and all extras would definitely be appreciated. All in all she is a terrible representation of your business . I will never return to this Visionworks ever again and I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years .
Claimed loss: I was made to pay for an entire eye exam when I already paid for one just to receive a contact prescription. I would like a refund for all the hassle and half truths .
Desired outcome: Refund for my eye exam as well as some sort of repercussions for the employee .
