Visionworks of America review: Gave them 2 tries

I will no longer be using Visionworks. I have been there for 2 visits and each time the techs/assistants were rude, short, and acted like me being there was an annoying inconvenience. They got super angry at me for blinking during one of the tests. First, I didn't know or feel like I was, and second, they are called REFLEXES for a reason! They are involuntary and I couldn't control them even if I did feel myself doing it. I only came back the second time because I really liked the Dr. She was amazing and I know people can have off days, so I wanted to give them another chance. But unfortunately, the same behavior was repeated. I wish I could give the Dr a different rating, but I don't want to split the difference. I hope that Dr. moves and has better staff
