On 2/13/2026 my husband and I went to pick up our glasses at the Northway Mall store in Albany NY. When we got there my glasses were there but my husband's glasses were not. They were at the Slingerlands NY store. The people at the Northway Mall store called the Slingerlands store. Slingerlands said they would send the glasses over and should be there the next day. On 2/16/2026 we received a call that the glasses were in so we went up to pick them up. When we got there only 1 pair of my husband's glasses were there not the second pair. UG I was getting headache from my glasses and went back to my old prescription. On 2/17/26 received a call saying the glasses were in. On 2/18/2026 we picked the glasses up. The Northway Mall people were very nice they tried to compensate as much as they could. They extended our warrantee and gave us 2 boxes of moist towelettes but honestly, I don't think that was enough for all trips we had to take to get the glasses.
Desired outcome: Financial Compensation for my time and gas

That is a lot of unnecessary trips and I understand why the wipes and extended warranty did not feel like enough. Call Visionworks corporate customer relations and explain the timeline: February 13, 16, 17 and 18, plus the Slingerlands transfer. Ask for a goodwill credit that covers your travel and time, not just product perks. Get the names of the Northway staff who helped you, since they will support your account. If corporate says no, request a written response and then decide whether to dispute any fitting or service fee with your card issuer. You were patient and reasonable, so ask for compensation that actually matches the inconvenience.
