Visionworks of America review: Service

After 1 month from my eye exam, finally they called me because my trial contact lenses has been arrived, I went to vw I found that half of the order only, so the doctor told me that we have to wait until the other half to arrive, and she can't give me the prescription, until I try the other measure, (doctor is right), the problem with the staff, really fed up from this company which has no any supper vision from anyone, I keep wondering, is this the service they are keep advertising for it, and even when I did 2 complains, hopeless ?
