Myself and my wife are a white elderly couple, we were at the store at the Meadows Mall in Las Vegas. This store is run by Laura Epperson702=822-6848. the exam area was fine and friendly, once given to a salesperson everything changed. I mentioned elderly and white describing us because the salesperson was a young, black, obviosly gay man. My wife is older than myself and I'm 63. He was speaking only to her. When I asked a simple question and he directed the answer to her, I said I asked the question could you please respond to me. He then immediately walked away saying he was refusing us service. I FELT DESCRIMINATED AGAINST! I told the store general manager Laura Epperson about it and if her salespeople can pick and chose who they help. All she did was give us a different salesperson. Wanting to get my wife's glasses I accepted that on the surface. I went back to Laura Epperson and asked about if she allows discrimination in your stores. Her answer was, she will speak to him as I noticed a smirk on his face directed to me. Do you allow discrimintion in your stores?
Desired outcome: I want my money back for the glasses
