Visionworks of America review: Glasses

My compliant - I bought glasses without insurance - out of pocket and I scratched one lens. Vision works in Clifton park ny told me it is cheaper to buy a new pair of glasses than replace one lens. That is absurd!
I had to go purchase another pair of glasses at a different store because it was cheaper than buying glasses out of pocket at visionworks.

I've had nothing but problems with the glasses I purchased. The first pair I bought with insurance had to be replaced because visionworks made the glasses incorrectly with the wrong prescription. Then someone ran over the glasses and I had to pay out of pocket for a new pair. Then one of the lenses got scratched and needed replacement. I don't understand why they just couldn't replace the one lens at a decent cost instead of having to buy an entire new pair.
