Visionworks of America review: Eye glasses

I picked up my daughter eye glasses yesterday, I went home give it to my daughter, then she told me it's not the frame she choose, measure is the same old measure, no difference, and frame is big on her face, I went back with my daughter to vision work, to inform about this mistake and to get a solution, the supervisor told us that we have to take an appointment and will be after 2 weeks and was very stubborn with us then we left without any solution, now my daughter is suffering, suppose we are dealing with a brand name, with a respective name, I was recommending vision work to everyone I know, we were dealing with it about 8 years ago, but I don't know what is happening, we face a lot of problems at the last several times, even with me, still I didn't get my trial contact lenses and my prescription more than a month, we are fed up, will not recommend it any more and will warn all my friends about what is happening
