Visionworks of America review: Customer experience

I would like to speak with some regarding an experience I had at Vision Work in Lithonia Georgia. When I arrived at the stor they were doing temperature checks but it seem like there were to many people there that was not practicing social distancing. The eye exam was subpar at best. I had to ask the doctor to clean the machine that he was using for the exam. Also My eyes were never dilated. But may I should have been clear about the service. Further when I can back 3 week later with my frames (because there was non in the store I liked) I was told that there is no guarantee on the eye glasses since I did not purchase them there. The young man that waited on me was very unprofessional and when I asked for a manager I was to that the two people in the store was all that was available. The experience left me feeling stressed out. I call customer service immediately and was told that the store manager would call me back. That was two week ago and
I have not received a call yet.
