Virginia Employment Commission [VEC] review: Not being able to receive my unemployment benefits.

Jacqueline B. Kershaw, 927 Garden Drive, Newport News, VA. 23607. My Claimant ID: [protected]. I have not received my unemployment benefits, which I really need. I am still looking for employment. [protected], I received my PIN, but not my Virginia Debit Card. [protected], I requested Redetermination, with my Paystubs to a different department. 10-23-2023, I received my Redetermination notice, with the weekly amount of $117. but I still have not received my Virginia Debit Card. 10-29-2023, I tried to file my weekly claim. The voice system told me, you do not have an available benefit week. [protected], I went to the Virginia Employment Commission, 600 Butler Farm Rd. and spoke with Carolyn, who stated see what the next filing claim state. [protected], I tried to call my weekly claim in. Again the voice system stated, you do not have an available benefit week. 11-12-2023, I tried again the same thing. 11-13-2023, I called [protected], I spoke with Edd, who told me, I have to reactivate my claim.
