IHIRE basically is a gym membership, they keep charging you even though you don't have any active jobs. They make you jump through multiple hoops just to try to close a job out, and most of the time there's a catch and you wind up paying them for services they don't even provide. Way too expensive for little or NO results. Bait and Switch at best. Scammers, Rip Off Artists behind a computer. they also change their polices to suit themselves, one day it's one thing, and the next day it's "we had a change in policy recently". We heard that 3 times in a year. Stay Far Away if you like your money.

I was working closely to my "Account Manager", but he did nothing and wound up costing us thousands of dollars with very little or no leads. You do very little if nothing to help and guide your long standing, paying customers. So everything you wrote in response is not true. Again, bait and switch like a gym membership.

Hello! You are correct -- iHire moved to a subscription-based model in 2018 in order to give employers more flexibility in their hiring efforts and to avoid limiting them to 30-day duration postings. This is becoming the industry norm, as many other recruitment platforms offer the same SaaS-based product. However, the great thing about iHire is the ability to work closely with a customer relationship manager to optimize your account, improve your postings, and maximize your reach to qualified job seekers. I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team at [protected] or [email protected] to chat more about your account and see how we can better service you.
