I am a Quadriplegic Wheelchair User on SSDI who can’t dress/bathe etc. without help and I’ve been threatened by SSA that I may soon lose my benefits or be subject to a Disability Review. Earlier today, I received an unsolicited disjointed automated call from someone claiming to Allsup Employment Services. I view all cases as potential spam, so I don’t answer or return calls I did not initiate.

Allsup keeps bugging me about their work program. I told them to stop calling me like 30 times already and even called the number to be removed from the list, but they still keep calling me from different numbers and leaving messages. It's getting annoying, so they need to stop.

So, I was checkin' out some reviews about Allsup Employment Services, LLC and let me tell ya, they ain't lookin' too good. Some lady named Becky called me up askin' 'bout my disability and goin' back to work, but I never even heard of these people before. Then I read a review 'bout someone suin' 'em 'cause they got their identity info, and I'm like, "How the heck did they get my info?" I ain't never reached out to 'em or seen no ads for 'em in New Jersey. After readin' all these bad reviews, I ain't takin' no chances. Allsup better remove my info or I'll team up with that lady suin' 'em. I'll just work with Social Security Administration directly, ain't no need for a middleman. And Allsup, don't even think 'bout callin' me again!

allsup keeps callin me bout some "benefits" and it's gettin real annoyin. i never even gave them my digits so i dunno how they got it. they need to stop with the spam voicemails.

so i got a call from Allsup and it was kinda weird cuz i didn't ask for it. they were talkin about work stuff but i already got my work thing sorted out with my local agency. plus, they're not even in my area so it doesn't really make sense for me to work with them.

This company keeps calling me non-stop and leaving messages about how they can help me find a job. I never even heard of them before they started blowing up my phone in October. I can't work right now, so I don't need or want their help. It's annoying and a waste of my time.

so I gotta say, Allsup Employment Services ain't my cup of tea. They keep hittin' me up with voicemails and I ain't even interested in their services. Like, come on, give me a break. I wish the SSA would let me opt-in instead of just giving out my info to whoever wants it. I'm done with this whole thing, so Allsup, please take me off your list. I ain't down for this again.

So, this company called me again on 4/5 and left a voicemail. They're blocked, but still spamming me! They say they're working for Social Security to help me find a job, but I know they're a scam. I've heard bad things about them. I don't want them calling me anymore! Social Security doesn't hire companies to find jobs for people on disability.

I asked for my records from Allsup Employment Services, LLC a bunch of times, but they didn't get back to me. All I got was a letter on December 20th saying they don't want to work with me anymore. I need all my records because they told Social Security some lies about me. I need to show Social Security that I didn't lie. Plus, these are my health records, so I have a right to have them all for myself. It's about my health and disability, you know?

This company keeps calling me all the time with their robot voices, trying to talk to me about work stuff for people who are on SSDI. They've been doing this for a while now and it's really starting to get on my nerves. I don't want them to call me anymore, starting from May 20. They need to delete all the stuff they've collected about me too. I'm a disabled vet and I use the VA for work stuff. If I ever want to use the Social Security Ticket To Work thing, I'll let them know. But until then, they need to STOP calling me.

I been gettin' these calls and messages from this Allsup Employment Services, LLC and it's gettin' real annoying. I don't even know what they do and I never asked 'em to hit me up. It's like they're invadin' my privacy or somethin'. I'm tellin' 'em right now to stop contactin' me in any way, shape, or form. They better not be sellin' my info to nobody else either. If they keep tryin' to get in touch with me, I'm gonna take legal action and make 'em pay. So, Allsup Employment Services, LLC, you better back off!

Allsup helped my hubby file for Social Security disability in 2019 after his brain injury. When his docs said he could try to go back to work gradually 7 months later, Allsup told us about the SS Ticket to Work program, said he qualified, and signed him up. With Ticket to Work, you can try to work while still getting disability benefits. But now SS wants all their payments back- $40,000- and says he never should have qualified. We used Allsup to protect us from mistakes like this. We didn't know if he could go back to work, so this program seemed perfect. But now Allsup says they can't help us appeal, even though it's their fault we're in this mess. We want them to help us appeal or pay SS back for their mistake.

I signed up for the Ticket to Work program with Allsup. When I called in, they explained the services they would provide. They told me they would pull my social security info and let me know how much I could earn without messing up my benefits and get an update on my return to work 9 month incentive. They made me sign a bunch of papers to get this info and even sent me an extra one. I got a case manager named *** and I keep asking her the same stuff. Now she's telling me to get the info from Social Security myself. Allsup never got my social security info and she can't answer my questions. I called in and asked to talk to her boss but the boss wouldn't take my call. I want my case to go to someone who will actually work on it and get me the info I've been waiting for months to get.

Allsup hit me up about their disabilty ticket to work program. They said I could work for a few months without messing up my disabilty benifits. They told me to send all my check stubs to them and they'd send it to Social Security. I did everything they asked and turned in my pay stubs on time. But now Social Security is saying I gotta pay back 14,000. I only went back to work cuz Allsup said they'd help me. They didn't help me find a job like they said they would. I did that myself. And now they're saying they can't help me talk to Social Security to fix this. Even though they were the ones who did everything. Every time Social Security sends me stuff, Allsup wants me to fax it to them. And it costs me money. And all they do is tell me what the paper says. They're not professional at all. They haven't helped me at all. Allsup hit me up, I did everything they asked, and now I'm stuck.
