I need a refund I payed the buyer protection and sent lots of messages. Why haven’t I received it? £8.85 I will be making a formal complaint to trading standards. This has caused me so much upset and stress

This has been going on for weeks. I am now getting angry Please refund

Date shipped 12th June 2024 and still not received.

My address is 197b Long lane, Tilehurst, RG31 6YW.

I was asked for the above info but still waiting a refund. What’s the point of paying your buyers insurance when you don’t refund if a parcel isn’t received.

Claimed loss: £8.85Plus lots of time chasing you

Desired outcome: Refund and compensation due to the amount of messages and upset I have encountered.
