So, we ordered a big ol' batch of stuff from Vinlady back in August of 2022. They told us it would get to us by September 15th at the latest. But, we've been trying to track it down and haven't had any luck. We've been hitting up customer service every week since then, but it's now November 12th, 2022 and we still haven't gotten our order. And, to top it off, they're saying that if the package is lost, they'll file a claim and only refund us once they get compensated. What kind of shady business is that? We're definitely not going to be dealing with Vinlady again.

So, I recently ordered three dresses from Vinlady and boy, was I excited to receive them! However, when I finally got my package, I was disappointed to find out that I received three nightgowns instead of the dresses I ordered. The colors were the same, but the style was completely different.

I immediately contacted their customer service and let me tell you, it was a hassle. They made it so difficult for me to return the items and kept insisting that I send them back despite the pictures I sent them as proof. It was like they didn't believe me!

After going back and forth with them, they finally told me that I could get a maximum refund of $55 and keep the items. I mean, come on, that's not even close to what I paid for the dresses!

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Vinlady. The quality of their products was not up to par and their customer service was a complete scam. I would not recommend this website to anyone and if I could give them a negative rating, I definitely would.

Vinlady is a company that I recently purchased from and I must say, I was not impressed. This company, Vinlady, is not a good place to order clothes from. They also have another website called Ursime, which is not trustworthy either. I ordered some clothes from them and when I received them, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was clear that they had taken images from a real store and tried to copy them using cheap materials and labor. The clothes were so bad that I couldn't help but laugh. I spent $150 on these clothes and they only offered me a $50 refund and told me to keep the clothes. Even if they were free, I wouldn't wear them in public. I gotta tell ya, folks, steer clear of Vinlady. I made the mistake of ordering a pair of black linen pants and a short-sleeved khaki linen blouse from them, and boy was that a mistake. Instead of my order, they sent me two long-sleeved linen blouses, one bright yellow and the other blue. I mean, come on, that's not even close!

So, I reached out to them to try and return or exchange the items. At first, I did get a response from them asking for photos of the items and the packing label/return address. I sent everything they asked for, but then I never heard back from them. I've sent them several emails since then, but there's no customer service phone number to call.

I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with Vinlady, either. I've already reported them to Pinterest and the Better Business Bureau. I'm just so tired of getting ripped off by these online companies. It's a shame, too, because I really liked the look of those pants and blouse. But now I'm out of luck and out of money.

So, take my advice and stay away from Vinlady. Save yourself the hassle and the disappointment.

I ordered a pair of capris in linen, a linen shirt, a long overcoat in cotton with fringe, and a cotton dress with multiple length under skirts in eyelet. The website promised free shipping and a delivery time of two weeks.

However, when my order finally arrived six weeks later, I was extremely disappointed. Not one item was as it had been shown on the website. The materials were different, with the cotton being polyester for the coat and dress. The capris were cut like maternity pants, and the dress was lifeless with the wrong color. It's such a pity that the clothes in Vinlady's online catalogue are so cute and stress-free to shop for, but the actual product is not what is shown. I learned an expensive lesson and would advise other buyers to always check the return policy, even when the errors are from the company. Buyer beware!

So, I decided to give Vinlady a try and ordered a dress that I fell in love with for $80.00. The website said it would take about a month to arrive, but after 6 weeks, I still hadn't received it. I tried messaging them, but didn't get a response for another MONTH! Can you believe it? Finally, the package arrived, and guess where it came from? China! I was so disappointed because I had specifically checked before ordering to avoid China, and the address on the package was from California. But when I looked it up, it turned out to be a gas station. Can you believe that? It took 21/2 months for delivery, and I live less than 2 hours away from the address.

When I opened the package, I was in shock. The dress was NOT LINEN, IT WAS LIKE SANDPAPER. It was supposed to be a solid pink dress with a solid gray skirt underneath, but what I got was a joke. It was a nightshirt, one piece, with a convoluted pattern of a bunch of leaves and plants and buttons on one side at the top. It had an oriental design that made me dizzy just looking at it. I was so disappointed that I messaged them right away, and they offered me a 25% refund. But get this, I had to pay to send it back! I couldn't believe it. I decided not to send it back since they had already screwed me over enough.

Let me tell you something, and I hope you all read this. These people have about 80 different online stores, and they steal legit pics from legit companies. You end up getting something like I got, and because the majority are all out of China, they can just change the name and start over. And they have. So, before you buy anything online, check BBB, and ask for a pic in and out of the package. Protect yourself from scams, and remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it's got an address in China.

After placing the 1st one i placed a 2nd as i was so excited based on the images on their site.

1st delivery - 1/2 the order was correct, the rest was honestly CRAP

2nd delivery - not a SINGLE item was right

I have tried contacting VINLADY on multple occassions and have received NO response. I have sent photos of the CRAP i received and the service support couldn't even be bothered to email me back.

DO NOT BUY or WASTE YOUR MONEY on this disgraceful buisness

Could you please advise me what to do as it is a lot of money to me.

On 30th May I ordered 3 dresses from Vinlady for which I paid US$97.47.

I received a confirmation email and order number - MS00035516.

I have bought from Vinlady in the past and have not had any issues.

With this purchase, week after week went by and no delivery. I sent 5 emails requesting information on my purchase. I received one reply, asking me to be patient.

I sent my last email request on the 16th August and the email was returned as undeliverable!

Although the website is still online, you cannot log into it at all!

The total I paid in USD converts to approximately NZD 185.00 which is a substantial amount for me.

June 20th I ordered a plain black Victorian dress from Vinlady. My total cost was $49.64, with shipping. On their page it said that they took PayPal, but when I went to pay, they actually did not. I bought it anyway. They sent me an email saying my item had shipped, so I waited.

I contacted them in mid-July after a strange package containing a tank top appeared. They asked me to take it out of the package and take photos and send them, which I did, and have now spent many days emailing them back and forth, trying to get a return address label, a refund, or the dress I ordered. They have hemmed and hawed, saying that they will bring up the error to the company that makes them, have offered to refund me 8 dollars and for me to keep the tank top, then have offered me a refund of 15 and to keep it, but I told them I do not want the tank top for any amount of money. I keep requesting a refund or the dress, and a return label.

I ordered $263.18 worth of garments. What I received was absolutely awful. 3 items advertised as linen were spandex & polyester, not even close to the website. The remaining 7 garments, 5 sizes bigger than my size, cheap and not my order. They refused to reimburse me, & their policy was that I would have to pay to return items to China if I wanted my money back. But also said that might not be a good idea, takes so long, I should just keep the clothes for 20USD. Whether they were my order or not! They never acknowledged I was sent the wrong order! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!

This company is not worth your time or money! I ordered a pink linen top from Vinlady, but what I received was a cheap blue top made of what I think is polyester.
