This company are a pain I wish I never used them ,I did get a refund from taxes.but omg now they don’t stop phoning three or four times a day they ask the same stupid questions when I tell them the answers they say oh sorry you are not entitled to refund which I already know from first call but still they harass me and I have blocked them but still they keep calling from different phones, i suffer from very bad anxiety and depression this is not helping me my husband has asked them to stop they are rude to him saying they need to speak to me only we have hung up on them but they phone you back saying how stupid I am for not wanting a refund hello I am not entitled to a refund they told me that on the first call idiots so beware

This is the worst company I've ever delt with! please DO NOT GIVE BANK DETAILS ask for a cheque to be sent and you get nothing also look at all the reviews not good at all there scammers who just want your bank details these need Investigated! you can't even call them I was 18th in queue waited 45 mins to get to number 2 then they hang up,you send a email no reply back,absolutely shocking this so called company.
Desired outcome: Goodluck with this company absolutely shocking to STOP ripping people off!!!

Dont ever use this company unless you have too much cash. To be honest, if you have too much cash, and want to give it away - donate it to charity and not these BIG BAD WOLVES!
