ViaSat review: Misrepresentation of monthly internet price

I called Viasat for internet services on 6-12-2026, they explained there was a promotion and the internet service would be $50 a month. After 3 days of VERY SLOW internet service i sent an email to them saying the internet was TERRIBLY SLOW. No response. On 7-16-2026 I canceled service because (at times) it wouldn't even work, and remained very slow. At the time of cancelation, i was billed $131 for their "unleasheed" internet service. The 3 months of free, Easy Care tech service went away and, i was billed for that,too. I argued somewhat about the price the sales rep. had sold to me, and the Agent told me i signed up for their $100/mo. service. I told him there was no way i would sign up for something that expensive. I went through ALL of my Viasat emails and there was NOTHING that said i signed for a $50/mo. promotion. The Agent didn't believe the sales rep would sell me their internet at the price i was claiming. THIS INTERNET IS TERRIBLE. Again, sometimes it doesn't even work. If it does it's very slow. If they say there's a promotion, and you get their internet service for cheaper, GET IT IN WRITING! I thought i signed up for a deal, and in the end, (because i cancelled this terrible service) I paid FULL PRICE for their "unleashed" version of service.
