Dear Viasat,

This is not a new and better plan! Nor is it an "upgrade"! IT'S JUST MORE MONEY!

Just be honest and tell people you are charging us more money because you feel like it, don't try to hustle!

Want to know what was better?

What was better was when the satellite internet service providers hadn't figured out how to bill us in smaller increments of time or data and we weren't billed by the "bites" (out of our wallets), at a flat fee under $60 a month at the same speed 24 hours a day! Greed won over this kind of package, huh.

Nothing new is better! You can stick "Upgrade" or "Technology" buzz words on anything you want, that just means you are full of [censored], ha! We aren't all stupid zombies yet! For example, in your terminology the "original outdated way" would be labeled a "downgrade" in your buzz word style, but really only in the sense of your profits. If you gave everyone a choice I think they would choose to be "downgraded", see how stupid your buzz words are!

And NO, I don't want to hear your zombified comments back! You can keep those thoughts to yourself. I am the paying customer I get to say what I think.

For the record, I will make a clearer statement: I don't want a price increase, of 40GB of "high speed" for the extra $15 a month or $0.375 per GB, I prefer to keep the package I have at $84.99/month, "choice 25 60" (60GB of "high speed) then speed declines, not that it was fast to being with, I can't tell the difference because it only increases the upload speed not the download speed!

Recommendation: This service is the best in the middle of the night when most people are not on the internet. It doesn't work at all sometimes and every day it slows to a crawl in the afternoon to evening. Good luck! Up side is if the power goes out, it doesn't go out if you have a back up power source and no wireless because that will kill you!
