I am a UK residence, and submitting a formal complaint regarding Viagogo.

Event: Enhypen concert 09/03/2027 -O2 London
Payment was taken for event tickets, however no tickets were issued, no seat allocation was provided, and no active order appears in my account portal, despite receiving order confirmation emails.
The checkout price did not match the final amount charged to my card. Significant additional fees were added after checkout and only discovered once the funds had been debited. These fees increased the total cost by approximately 50% and were not clearly displayed as the final payable amount before payment.
When contacting customer support, no meaningful assistance was provided. Refunds were refused using generic responses, while the core issue of non‑delivery and undisclosed pricing was ignored.
At present, funds have been taken without tickets being delivered or made available. I am requesting investigation into misleading pricing practices, non‑delivery of paid products, and refusal to refund.

We seek your protection by ban that business to scam other customers.
